W ramach projekt opracowanych zostanie 7 programów nauczania dodatkowych umiejętności zawodowych dla 4 zawodów branży spedycyjno-logistycznej we współpracy z pracodawcami . Programy zawierać będą treści nie objęte podstawą programową kształcenia w zawodach branży spedycyjno-logistycznej, które ułatwią absolwentom szkól wejście na rynek pracy, uatrakcyjnią proces kształcenia oraz są oczekiwane przez pracodawców. W pierwszym etapie dla wskazanych dodatkowych umiejętności zawodowych zostaną określone efekty kształcenia I kryteria ich weryfikacji, a następnie zostaną opracowane programy nauczania, które będą mogły być wdrażane w szkołach kształcących w zawodach w branży spedycyjno-logistycznej. Dodatkowe umiejętności zawodowe związane z nauczanym zawodem rozumiane są jako umiejętności wykraczające poza podstawę programową kształcenia w zawodzie, których nabycie przez uczniów w trakcie nauki w szkole zwiększa ich szanse na przyszłe zatrudnienie w tym zawodzie. Programy zostaną poddane ocenie eksperta ds. kształcenia zawodowego weryfikującego i odbierającego produkty projektów konkursowych w ramach projektu pozakonkursowego ORE ipn. Tworzenie e- zasobów do kształcenia zawodowego. Po zaakceptowaniu programu przez eksperta ORE zostaną one zamieszczone na publicznym na portalu wskazanym przez IP PO WER.Do opracowania programów nauczania dodatkowych umiejętności zawodowych wnioskodawca zatrudni kadrę, która posiada doświadczenie w opracowywaniu programów nauczania dla zawodów i/lub programów nauczania do kursów umiejętności zawodowych w celu zapewnienia odpowiedniej jakości realizowanych działań. W proces tworzenia programów dodatkowych umiejętności zawodowych zostaną zaangażowani również pracodawcy.Dyrektor szkoły bedzie mógł ująć w programie nauczania zawodu dopuszczonym do użytku w danej szkole, ująć wybrane umiejetnosci dodatkowe, w zależnosci od potrzeb i możliwosci uczniów lub potrzeb pracodawców współpracujących ze szkołą. The project will develop 7 curricula for additional professional skills for 4 professions of the forwarding and logistics industry in cooperation with employers. The programmes will contain content not covered by the curriculum of training in the professions of the forwarding and logistics industry, which will make it easier for school graduates to enter the labour market, make the educational process more attractive and are expected by employers. In the first phase, the learning outcomes and the criteria for their verification will be defined for these additional professional skills, followed by curricula that can be implemented in schools providing training in professions in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. Additional professional skills related to the profession are understood as skills that go beyond the curriculum of vocational education, the acquisition of which by pupils while studying at school increases their chances of future employment in the profession. The programmes will be evaluated by an expert for vocational training verifying and receiving the products of the competition projects in the ORE ipn non-competition project. Creating e-resources for vocational training. Upon acceptance of the programme by the ORE expert, they will be posted on a public portal designated by the IB OP KED.For the development of curricula for additional professional skills, the applicant will employ staff who have experience in developing curricula for professions and/or curricula for vocational skills courses in order to ensure the quality of the activities carried out. Employers will also be involved in the process of setting up additional professional skills. The school director will be able to include in the curriculum a profession authorised for use in a given school, including selected additional skills, depending on the needs and possibilities of students or the needs of employers cooperating with the school. Le projet développera 7 programmes d’études pour des compétences professionnelles supplémentaires pour 4 professions de l’industrie du transport et de la logistique, en coopération avec les employeurs. Les programmes contiendront des contenus qui ne sont pas couverts par le programme de formation dans les professions de l’industrie du transport et de la logistique, ce qui facilitera l’entrée des diplômés scolaires sur le marché du travail, rendra le processus éducatif plus attrayant et est attendu des employeurs. Au cours de la première phase, les acquis d’apprentissage et les critères de vérification seront définis pour ces compétences professionnelles supplémentaires, suivis par des programmes qui pourront être mis en œuvre dans les écoles dispensant une formation dans les professions du transport de marchandises et de la logistique. Les compétences professionnelles supplémentaires liées à la profession sont comprises comme des compétences qui vont au-delà du programme d’enseignement professionnel, dont l’acquisition par les élèves tout en étudiant à l’école augmente leurs chances d’emploi futur dans la profession. Les programmes seront évalués par un expert en formation professionnelle qui vérifie et reçoit les produits des projets de concours dans le cadre du projet ORE ipn non-concurrence. Création de ressources électroniques pour la formation professionnelle. Dès l’acceptation du programme par l’expert ORE, ils seront affichés sur un portail public désigné par l’IB OP KED.Pour l’élaboration de programmes d’études pour des compétences professionnelles supplémentaires, le candidat emploiera du personnel ayant une expérience dans l’élaboration de programmes d’études pour les professions et/ou de programmes de cours de compétences professionnelles afin d’assurer la qualité des activités menées. Les employeurs seront également associés au processus de mise en place de compétences professionnelles supplémentaires et le directeur de l’école pourra inclure dans le programme d’études une profession autorisée pour l’utilisation dans une école donnée, y compris des compétences supplémentaires sélectionnées, en fonction des besoins et des possibilités des étudiants ou des besoins des employeurs qui coopèrent avec l’école.
