Das TRIGON o.p.s. Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Kapazität und Transparenz des Antragstellers zu erhöhen und seine Mitarbeiter zu professionalisieren. Während des Projekts werden mindestens 12 CS-Personen Unterstützung in den Bereichen Strategie und Management, Fundraising und Finanzierung, Marketing und PR, Entwicklung der Humanressourcen und Qualität der Produkte und Dienstleistungen erhalten, die hauptsächlich in Form von Expertenkonsultationen in den materiellen Bereichen 1-5 (gemäß Aufforderung 031) erbracht werden.
