Celem proj. jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r. życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie krasnostawskim. Głównym rezultatembędzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez osoby w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby z niepełnospr., osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osobyz niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3) na poziomie co najmniej 44%oraz przez osoby nienależące do wyżej wymienionych grup na poziomie co najmniej 59,5%.W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 424 os. do 29 r. ż. w tym grupa NEET co najmniej 60% . Projekt zakłada dla każdego z uczestnikówprzedstawienie konkretnej ofertyaktywizacji zawodowej, co poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP w Krasnymstawie realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia. Projekt stwarza możliwościrozwoju ludzi młodych, promuje postawy przedsiębiorcze. W ramach projektu uczestnicy będą mogli skorzystać ze szkoleń, staży zawodowych, środków napodjęcie działalności gospodarczej, zatrudnienia w ramach refundacji kosztów doposażenia stanowiska pracy jak również bonów na zasiedlenie. Projektprzewiduje kompleksowość wsparcia, w przypadkach wynikających z IPD. Możliwe będzie łączenie poszczególnych form wsparcia (np. szkolenie +staż,szkolenie+doposażenie, szkolenie +dotacja) w sposób zapewniający efektywną aktywizację prowadzącą do trwałego zatrudnienia.Wsparcie dla os. młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez zatrudnienia będzie udzielane w projekcie zgodnie ze standardami określonymi w Planierealizacji Gwarancjidla młodzieży w Polsce. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people by 29 years to live without a job in the district of Dwarf. The main result will be the entry into employment of the most vulnerable (including immigrants, remigrants, people with a disability, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled (up to ISCED 3) of at least 44 %, and by non-members of the above groups of at least 59.5 %.The project will support 424 persons by 29 years of age, including the NEET group at least 60 %. The project provides for each participant to present a specific offer of professional activation, which will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the PLO in Krasnystaw will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Employment Promotion Act. The project creates opportunities for the development of young people, promotes entrepreneurial attitudes. As part of the project, participants will be able to benefit from training, internships, business start-ups, employment as part of reimbursement of the costs of retrofitting the workplace as well as vouchers for settlement. The project foresees the comprehensiveness of support, in cases resulting from the IPD. It will be possible to combine different forms of support (e.g. training + internship, training + retrofit, training + grant) in such a way as to ensure effective activation leading to sustainable employment. Support for young people up to the age of 29 who are unemployed will be granted in the project in accordance with the standards set out in the Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan in Poland. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité des jeunes de 29 ans pour vivre sans emploi dans le district de Nains. Le principal résultat sera l’entrée sur le marché du travail des personnes les plus vulnérables (y compris les immigrants, les remigrants, les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées (jusqu’à la CITE 3) d’au moins 44 % et par les non-membres des groupes susmentionnés d’au moins 59,5 %. Le projet permet à chaque participant de présenter une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle, qui sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels d’un participant donné. Sur cette base, l’OLP de Krasnystaw mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi. Le projet crée des opportunités pour le développement des jeunes, favorise l’esprit d’entreprise. Dans le cadre du projet, les participants pourront bénéficier d’une formation, de stages, de créations d’entreprises, d’un emploi dans le cadre du remboursement des frais d’aménagement du lieu de travail ainsi que de bons d’installation. Le projet prévoit l’exhaustivité de l’aide, dans les cas résultant de la DPI. Il sera possible de combiner différentes formes de soutien (par exemple, formation + stage, formation + modernisation, formation + subvention) de manière à garantir une activation efficace menant à un emploi durable. L’aide aux jeunes jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans qui sont au chômage sera accordée dans le cadre du projet conformément aux normes définies dans le plan de mise en œuvre de la garantie pour la jeunesse en Pologne.
