Grupę docelową stanowić będą 96os.fizycznych(min.53 kobiety) bezrobotnych(co najwyżej 79os./min.43kobiety),poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo(min.17os./min.10 kobiet),defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy powyżej 29 roku życia, uczących się, lub zamieszkujących wiejskie obszary funkcjonalne wymagające wsparcia procesów rozwojowych [zgodnie z regionalnymi OSI] na terenie województwa wielkopolskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego.UP należeć będą do co najmniej jednej z poniższych grup:-os.długotrwale bezrobotnych-34os.-kobiet-min.53os.,-os.z niepełnosprawnościami-min.5os.-os.o niskich kwalifikacjach-min.42os.-os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej-min.17os.Celem projektu jest wyższa aktywność zawodowa oraz zwiększona zdolność do zatrudnienia, wśród 96os.(min.53 kobiet) o cechach zgodnych z osobami z grupy docelowej. Cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie od IX 2018r. do IX 2019r. poprzez realizację kompleksowego i indywidualnego wsparcia w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej,tj.:1. Indywidualny Plan Działania.2. Szkolenia zawodowe3. Pośrednictwo pracy.4. Staże zawodowe.Rezultatu osiągnięte w proj.:• Liczba os.,które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu-58os.• Liczba os.pracujących,łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek,po opuszczeniu programu-35os.• Efektywność zatrudnieniowa(minimalna) dla:-os.w wieku 50lat i więcej-33%;-os.z niepełnosprawnościami-33%;-kobiet-39%;-os.długtrwale bezrobotnych-30%;-os.o niskich kwalifikacjach-38%. The target group will consist of 96 people. physical(min.53 women) unemployed(maximum 79persons/min.43women), job-seekers and passive occupations(min.17 people/min.10 women),defaworised on the labour market over 29 years of age, learners, or inhabiting rural areas.The capacity of the project requires support of development processes [according to regional OSI] in Wielkopolska Voivodship in the Wielkopolskie Voivodship in the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code-34 persons will belong to. The objective will be achieved in the period from IX 2018 to IX 2019 through the implementation of comprehensive and individual support for professional activation, i.e.:1. Individual Action Plan.2. Vocational training3. Job mediation.4. Le groupe cible sera de 96 personnes (min. 53 femmes) au chômage (au maximum 79 personnes/min.43 femmes), des demandeurs d’emploi et des femmes inactives (min.17 personnes/min.10 femmes), défavorisées sur le marché du travail de plus de 29 ans, apprenantes ou vivant dans des zones rurales fonctionnelles nécessitant un soutien aux processus de développement [selon l’OSI régional] dans la voïvodie de Wielkopolskie au sens du Code civil. L’objectif sera atteint entre le IX 2018 et le IX 2019 par la mise en œuvre d’un soutien complet et individuel à l’activation, à savoir: 1. Plan d’action individuel.2. Formation professionnelle3. Placement de main-d’œuvre.4.
