Cílem projektu je pořízení územní studie Územní studie Nepomuk-Pod Vinicí. Jejím cílem a účelem bude prověřit možnosti využití lokality s ohledem na aktuální a předpokládané potřeby města Nepomuku. Řešení bude vycházet ze závěrů projektu Kompas a bude zohledňovat specifické potřeby školy a místních spolků, které toto území využívají. Cílem je nalézt vyvážené řešení, které bude přijímáno veřejností i vlastníky dotčených pozemků. ÚS bude sloužit jako podklad pro pořizování územně plánovací dokum. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to acquire a territorial study of Nepomuk-Pod Vinicí. Its aim and purpose will be to examine the possibilities of using the site with regard to the current and anticipated needs of the town of Nepomuk. The solution will be based on the conclusions of the Compass project and will take into account the specific needs of the school and local associations using the territory. The aim is to find a balanced solution that will be accepted by the public and the owners of the land concerned. The ÚS will serve as a basis for the acquisition of territorial planning docum. L’objectif du projet est d’acquérir une étude territoriale de l’étude territoriale Nepomuk-Pod Vinicí. Son but et son but sera d’examiner les possibilités d’utilisation du site à la lumière des besoins actuels et anticipés de la ville de Nepomuk. La solution sera basée sur les conclusions du projet Kompas et tiendra compte des besoins spécifiques de l’école et des associations locales qui utilisent ce territoire. L’objectif est de trouver une solution équilibrée à adopter tant par le public que par les propriétaires du terrain concerné. L’ÚS servira de base à l’acquisition de la doctrine d’aménagement du territoire. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine territoriale Studie der Territorialen Studie Nepomuk-Pod Vinicí zu erwerben. Ihr Ziel und Zweck ist es, die Möglichkeiten der Nutzung des Geländes im Lichte der aktuellen und erwarteten Bedürfnisse der Stadt Nepomuk zu untersuchen. Die Lösung wird auf den Schlussfolgerungen des Kompas-Projekts beruhen und den spezifischen Bedürfnissen der Schulen und lokalen Verbände Rechnung tragen, die dieses Gebiet nutzen. Ziel ist es, eine ausgewogene Lösung zu finden, die sowohl von der Öffentlichkeit als auch von den Eigentümern des betreffenden Grundstücks angenommen werden kann. Die ÚS dient als Grundlage für den Erwerb der territorialen Planungslehre. (German)
