    THE PROJECT AIMS TO UPGRADE 9 UNEMPLOYED PERSONS OVER 30 TO SUPPORT INTEGRATION/REINTEGRATION INTO THE LABOUR MARKET THROUGH A LONG-TERM TRAINING MEASURE OF 188 WHICH AIMS TO FORM AN ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK CAPABLE OF IMPLEMENTING THE LEAN THINKING PHILOSOPHY TO ENABLE THE COMPANY TO MAXIMISE PROFITS THROUGH A PRUDENT USE OF RESOURCES: TIME, SPACE AND TRAVEL, AND WELL ORGANISED, CLEAN AND WELL-ORGANISED OPERATIONAL SPACE. THE PROJECT ALSO PROVIDES FOR AN IÂ PERSONAL GUIDANCE MEASURE OF 4 HOURS (2 HOURS PRIOR TO TRAINING AND 2 HOURS BEFORE THE TRAINEESHIP) AND 480 HOURS OF TRAINING AT HIGHLY INTERESTED COMPANIES TO INCORPORATE INTO THEIR STAFF A FIGURE WITH THESE CHARACTERISTICS. FOR EACH TRAINEE, SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE TRAINEESHIP WITH THE AIM OF FACILITATING ENTRY INTO THE HOLDING AND CONTINUING TO WORK AS A RESULT OF AN EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP. (English)
