Проектът е насочен към работа с учениците от етническите малцинства:- за гарантиране правото на равен достъп до качествено образование и овладяване на българския език за успешна интеграция;- за развиване на интеркултурно образование и за запазване и развиване на културната идентичност на учениците;- включване на родителите за преодоляване на негативизма към училището и превръщането му в желана територия.След сформирането на екипа ще бъдат извършени дейности, обмислени съобразно потребностите, желанията и заложбите на учениците и водещи до постигане на целите на конкурсната процедура. За да се осигури равен старт на децата от етническите малцинства ще бъде изграден клуб "Моливко", в който ще бъдат включени деца от първи клас, за които българският език не е майчин. Вторият клуб "Знайко" е за ученици, които изостават с учебния материал по даден предмет. Финалният етап на обучението Лятна академия и Зелено училище ще доведат до социално включване и сближаване с техни връстници от други места. За съхраняване и развиване на културната идентичност на учениците ще бъдат сформирани клубове "Искри край огнището" и "Етноритми". Под мотото "Различни, но заедно" ще бъде проведена инициативата "Ден на толерантността". Учебните екскурзии ще допринесат за опознаване на богатия фолклорен свят на етносите и приносът му към общонационалната култура. За осъзнаване на необходимостта от качествено образование, добра реализация и социализация на децата ще бъде създаден "Родителски клуб". Най-прекият път за преодоляване на дистанцията ученик-родител е участието в съвместни дейности (провеждане на тренинги).Така чрез дейностите ще бъде създаден ефикасен модел на сътрудничество ученик-родител-учител за възпитание на етническа толерантност и постигане на качествено образование.Добрият опит ще бъдат популяризиран. Дейностите по клубовете ще допринесат за постигане на европейско качество на образование, което доразвива уменията за учене и толерантно отношение към различния. (Bulgarian)

The project is aimed at working with students from ethnic minorities:- to ensure the right to equal access to quality education and to master the Bulgarian language for successful integration;- to develop intercultural education and to preserve and develop the cultural identity of the students;- to involve parents to overcome the negativity to the school and turn it into a desirable territory. After the formation of the team will be carried out activities, considered according to the needs, wishes and abilities of the students and leading to the achievement of the goals of the competitive procedure. In order to ensure an equal start for children from ethnic minorities, a club “Molivko” will be built, which will include children from the first grade, for whom the Bulgarian language is not mother tongue. The second club “Znaiko” is for students who are lagging behind with the learning material on a subject. The final stage of the training Summer Academy and Green School will lead to social inclusion and cohesion with their peers from other places. To preserve and develop the cultural identity of the pupils, clubs “Iskry by the outbreak” and “Ethnorhythms” will be formed. Under the motto “Various but together” the initiative “Day of Tolerance” will be held. The study trips will contribute to the knowledge of the rich folklore world of ethnicities and its contribution to the national culture. In order to realise the need for quality education, good realisation and socialisation of children, a “Parental Club” will be established. The most direct way to overcome the distance pupil-parent is participation in joint activities (training). So through the activities will be created an efficient model of cooperation student-parent-teacher for educating ethnic tolerance and achieving quality education. Good experience will be promoted. Club activities will contribute to achieving a European quality of education that further develops learning skills and tolerance towards diversity. (English)

Le projet vise à travailler avec des étudiants issus de minorités ethniques:- à garantir le droit à l’égalité d’accès à une éducation de qualité et à maîtriser la langue bulgare pour une intégration réussie;- à développer l’éducation interculturelle et à préserver et développer l’identité culturelle des élèves;- à faire participer les parents à surmonter la négativité de l’école et à en faire un territoire souhaitable. Afin d’assurer un départ égal pour les enfants issus de minorités ethniques, un club «Molivko» sera construit, qui comprendra des enfants de la première année, pour lesquels la langue bulgare n’est pas la langue maternelle. Le deuxième club «Znaiko» est destiné aux étudiants qui sont en retard avec le matériel d’apprentissage sur un sujet. La dernière étape de la formation Summer Academy et Green School mènera à l’inclusion sociale et à la cohésion avec leurs pairs venus d’autres endroits. Pour préserver et développer l’identité culturelle des élèves, des clubs «Iskry by the outbreak» et «Ethnorhythms» seront formés. Sous la devise «Divers mais ensemble», l’initiative «Journée de la tolérance» aura lieu. Les voyages d’étude contribueront à la connaissance du riche monde folklorique des ethnies et à sa contribution à la culture nationale. Afin de réaliser la nécessité d’une éducation de qualité, d’une bonne réalisation et d’une socialisation des enfants, un «Club parental» sera créé. Le moyen le plus direct de surmonter la distance élève-parent est la participation à des activités conjointes (formation). Ainsi, grâce aux activités seront créés un modèle efficace de coopération étudiant-parent-enseignant pour l’éducation de la tolérance ethnique et la réalisation d’une éducation de qualité. Une bonne expérience sera encouragée. Les activités du club contribueront à la réalisation d’une éducation de qualité européenne qui permettra de développer davantage les compétences d’apprentissage et la tolérance à l’égard de la diversité. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, mit Schülern ethnischer Minderheiten zusammenzuarbeiten:- das Recht auf gleichberechtigten Zugang zu hochwertiger Bildung zu gewährleisten und die bulgarische Sprache für eine erfolgreiche Integration zu beherrschen;- interkulturelle Bildung zu entwickeln und die kulturelle Identität der Schüler zu erhalten und zu entwickeln;- die Eltern einzubeziehen, um die Negativität der Schule zu überwinden und sie in ein erstrebenswertes Gebiet zu verwandeln. Nach der Bildung des Teams werden Aktivitäten durchgeführt, die entsprechend den Bedürfnissen, Wünschen und Fähigkeiten der Schüler berücksichtigt werden und zur Erreichung der Ziele des Wettbewerbsverfahrens führen. Um einen gleichberechtigten Start für Kinder ethnischer Minderheiten zu gewährleisten, wird ein Verein „Molivko“ errichtet, zu dem auch Kinder der ersten Klasse gehören, für die die bulgarische Sprache keine Muttersprache ist. Der zweite Verein „Znaiko“ ist für Studenten, die mit dem Lernmaterial zu einem Thema hinterherhinken. Die letzte Phase der Ausbildung Sommerakademie und Green School wird zu sozialer Inklusion und Zusammenhalt mit ihren Kollegen aus anderen Orten führen. Um die kulturelle Identität der Schüler zu erhalten und zu entwickeln, werden Vereine „Iskry by the outbreak“ und „Ethnorhythmen“ gebildet. Unter dem Motto „Various but together“ findet die Initiative „Tag der Toleranz“ statt. Die Studienreisen werden zur Kenntnis der reichen Folklorewelt der Ethnien und ihres Beitrags zur nationalen Kultur beitragen. Um den Bedarf an hochwertiger Bildung, guter Umsetzung und Sozialisation von Kindern zu erkennen, wird ein „Elternklub“ eingerichtet. Der direkteste Weg, um die Fernschüler-Eltern zu überwinden, ist die Teilnahme an gemeinsamen Aktivitäten (Ausbildung), so dass durch die Aktivitäten ein effizientes Modell der Zusammenarbeit Studenten-Eltern-Lehrer für die Bildung ethnischer Toleranz und die Erreichung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Bildung geschaffen werden. Clubaktivitäten werden dazu beitragen, eine europäische Qualität der Bildung zu erreichen, die Lernfähigkeiten und Toleranz gegenüber Diversität weiterentwickelt. (German)
