В рамките на ОПРР 2014-2020 и съгласно утвърдената Карта на резидентните услуги, в Община град Добрич ще бъде ремонтиран, оборудван и обзаведен общински имот за предоставяне на нова социална услуга - център за настаняване от семеен тип за деца и младежи без увреждания. Наблюдаваното жилище ще бъде с капацитет до 6 места за младежи без увреждания на 18-21- годишна възраст, които трябва да напуснат специализирана институция или социална услуга от резидентен тип. Новата услуга ще допълни социалните услуги, предоставяни от общината, и ще удовлетвори потребностите на младежите от услуга в общността, която да им даде възможност за успешна социална интеграция в обществото и на работния пазар. Настоящото проектно предложение предвижда наблюдаваното жилище да бъде разкрито в общински апартамент, който се намира в централната част на града. Апартаментът ще бъде ремонтиран, оборудван и обзаведен по начин, който да отговаря на Функционалните изисквания /Приложение Н/, приложени към пакета с документи за кандидатстване. Обзавеждането ще бъде стандартно, идентично със „средностатистическо жилище”. Съгласно предвиденото в Картата на услугите за подкрепа в общността и в семейна среда ще бъде извършен ремонт на материалната база, включително прилежащо дворно пространство, ще бъде закупено обзавеждане и оборудване за съществуващ Дневен център за деца с увреждания (ДЦДУ). Целта е да се разшири дейността му и да се включат дейности от Център за социална рехабилитация и интеграция (ЦСРИ) с цел подобряване и превръщането им в дневни центрове за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства съгласно Акуализирания план за действие за изпълнение на Националната стратегия „Визия за деинституционализацията на децата в Република България. Всички ремонтни дейности, както и обзавеждането и оборудването ще бъдат съобразени с Функционалните изисквания за Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства, приложени към пакета с документи за кандидатстване. Within the framework of OPRG 2014-2020 and according to the approved map of resident services, a municipal property will be renovated, equipped and furnished in the Municipality of Dobrich to provide a new social service — a family-type accommodation centre for children and young people without disabilities. The observed housing will have a capacity of up to 6 places for young people without disabilities aged 18-21 who have to leave a specialised institution or a resident social service. The new service will complement the social services provided by the municipality and will meet the needs of young people for a community service that will enable them to successfully integrate socially and into the labour market. This project proposal foresees that the observed dwelling will be opened in a municipal apartment located in the central part of the city. The apartment will be renovated, equipped and furnished in a way that meets the Functional Requirements/Annex H/, attached to the application document package. The furniture will be standard, identical to the “average dwelling”. As provided for in the Community Support Services Map and in a family environment, repairs of the facilities, including adjacent yard space, will be purchased for an existing Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities (DCDU). The aim is to expand its activities and include activities from the Center for Social Rehabilitation and Integration (CSRI) in order to improve and transform them into day-to-day centres for support of children with disabilities and their families in accordance with the Active Action Plan for the implementation of the National Strategy "Vision for the deinstitutionalisation of children in the Republic of Bulgaria. All repairs as well as furniture and equipment will comply with the Functional Requirements for the Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities and their Families, attached to the application document package. Dans le cadre de l’OPRG 2014-2020 et selon la carte approuvée des services résidents, une propriété municipale sera rénovée, équipée et meublée dans la municipalité de Dobrich pour fournir un nouveau service social — un centre d’hébergement de type familial pour les enfants et les jeunes sans handicap. Le logement observé aura une capacité maximale de 6 places pour les jeunes sans handicap âgés de 18 à 21 ans qui doivent quitter une institution spécialisée ou un service social résident. Le nouveau service complétera les services sociaux fournis par la municipalité et répondra aux besoins des jeunes en matière de service communautaire qui leur permettra de s’intégrer socialement et sur le marché du travail. Cette proposition de projet prévoit que le logement observé sera ouvert dans un appartement municipal situé dans la partie centrale de la ville. L’appartement sera rénové, équipé et meublé d’une manière qui réponde aux exigences fonctionnelles/Annexe H/, jointe au dossier de demande. Le mobilier sera standard, identique au «logement moyen». Tel que prévu dans la carte des services de soutien communautaire et dans un milieu familial, les réparations des installations, y compris l’espace de triage adjacent, seront achetées pour un centre de garde pour enfants handicapés (DCDU) existant. L’objectif est d’étendre ses activités et d’inclure des activités du Centre de réadaptation et d’intégration sociales (CSRI) afin de les améliorer et de les transformer en centres quotidiens de soutien aux enfants handicapés et à leur famille, conformément au Plan d’action actif pour la mise en œuvre de la Stratégie nationale «Vision pour la désinstitutionnalisation des enfants en République de Bulgarie». Toutes les réparations ainsi que le mobilier et l’équipement seront conformes aux exigences fonctionnelles du Centre de garde pour enfants handicapés et leurs familles, jointes au dossier de demande. Im Rahmen der OPRG 2014-2020 und der genehmigten Karte der gebietsansässigen Dienstleistungen wird ein kommunales Anwesen in der Gemeinde Dobrich renoviert, ausgestattet und eingerichtet werden, um einen neuen Sozialdienst zu schaffen – ein Familienunterkunftszentrum für Kinder und Jugendliche ohne Behinderungen. Der beobachtete Wohnraum wird eine Kapazität von bis zu 6 Plätzen für junge Menschen ohne Behinderung im Alter von 18 bis 21 Jahren haben, die eine spezialisierte Einrichtung oder eine gebietsansässige Sozialdienststelle verlassen müssen. Der neue Dienst wird die von der Gemeinde angebotenen sozialen Dienstleistungen ergänzen und den Bedürfnissen junger Menschen nach einem Gemeinwohldienst gerecht werden, der es ihnen ermöglicht, sich erfolgreich sozial und in den Arbeitsmarkt zu integrieren. Dieser Projektvorschlag sieht vor, dass die beobachtete Wohnung in einer kommunalen Wohnung im zentralen Teil der Stadt geöffnet wird. Die Wohnung wird so renoviert, ausgestattet und eingerichtet, dass sie den funktionalen Anforderungen/Anhang H/entspricht, die dem Antragsdokumentpaket beigefügt sind. Die Möbel werden Standard sein, identisch mit der „durchschnittlichen Wohnung“. Wie in der Community Support Services Map und in einem familiären Umfeld vorgesehen, werden Reparaturen der Einrichtungen, einschließlich angrenzender Werftflächen, für ein bestehendes Tagesbetreuungszentrum für Kinder mit Behinderungen (DCDU) erworben. Ziel ist es, seine Aktivitäten auszuweiten und Aktivitäten des Zentrums für soziale Rehabilitation und Integration (CSRI) einzubeziehen, um sie im Einklang mit dem Aktiven Aktionsplan zur Umsetzung der Nationalen Strategie „Vision für die Deinstitutionalisierung von Kindern in der Republik Bulgarien“ zu verbessern und in Tageszentren zur Unterstützung von Kindern mit Behinderungen und ihren Familien umzuwandeln. Alle Reparaturen sowie Möbel und Ausrüstung werden den Funktionsanforderungen des Tagesbetreuungszentrums für Kinder mit Behinderungen und deren Familien entsprechen, die dem Bewerbungsdokumentpaket beigefügt sind.
