Настоящото проектно предложение представя инвестиционните намерения на "МД ИНВЕСТ БЪЛГАРИЯ" ЕООД, да развие основна търговска дейност, както и създаването на нови работни места в Сектор морска икономика на територията на МИРГ, а именно чрез екосъобразно производство и съхранение на сух лед. Бизнес планът представя финансово и икономически обоснована инвестиция. Основната цел на настоящата инвестиция е разкриване на работни места, чрез създаване на алтернативна на Сектор "Рибарство" заетост за няселението, а именно създаване на цех за екосъобразно производство и съхранение на сух лед. Основните дейности по реализацията на проекта предвиждат поставяне на обект – тип контейнер и доставка на специализирано техническо оборудване за производство на сух лед, за осигуряване на производството, Предвижда се разгъната застроена площ (РЗП) на цеха от 42 кв. м.. След реализация на инвестицията дружеството ще стартира изцяло нова дейност, за да се задоволи нарастващото търсене. Освен това ще се създадат условия за назначаване на допълнителен персонал, а стойността на инвестицията е изчислена на 199 544.00 лв. без вкл. ддс. Като резултат от реализацията на проекта се очаква устойчиво повишаване на заетостта в района на МИРГ, което същевременно ще допринесе за развитието на морската икономика на територията, т.к. сухия лед ще бъде изпозлван за охлаждане на витрини за съхранение на рибни продукти и аквакултури,а също и за тяхното транспортиране. Ще бъде постигнато, също така подобряване на качеството и количеството на предоставяните от дружеството услуги, както и намаляване на вредното влияние върху околната среда и подобряване устойчивостта на натиска върху нея. The total built-up area (RFA) of the workshop of 42 sq. m. is planned. After the realisation of the investment, the company will start a completely new activity in order to meet the growing demand. In addition, conditions for the recruitment of additional staff will be created and the value of the investment is estimated at BGN 199 544.00, excluding DS. Cette proposition de projet présente les intentions d’investissement d’INVEST BULGARIA EOOD, afin de développer une activité commerciale de base, ainsi que la création de nouveaux emplois dans le secteur de l’économie maritime sur le territoire des FLAG, notamment par la production et le stockage respectueux de l’environnement de la glace carbonique. Le plan d’entreprise présente un investissement financièrement et économiquement sain. L’objectif principal de cet investissement est de créer des emplois en créant des emplois alternatifs au secteur de la pêche pour la population, à savoir la création d’une usine de production et de stockage respectueux de l’environnement de la glace carbonique. Les principales activités du projet comprennent la mise en place d’un site — type de conteneur et la fourniture d’équipements techniques spécialisés pour la production de glace carbonique, afin d’assurer la production. La superficie totale bâtie (RFA) de l’atelier de 42 m² est prévue. Après la réalisation de l’investissement, l’entreprise va commencer une activité complètement nouvelle afin de répondre à la demande croissante. En outre, les conditions de recrutement de personnel supplémentaire seront créées et la valeur de l’investissement est estimée à 199 544,00 BGN, hors DS. Dieser Projektvorschlag enthält die Investitionsabsichten von INVEST BULGARIA EOOD zur Entwicklung einer Kerngeschäftstätigkeit sowie zur Schaffung neuer Arbeitsplätze in der maritimen Wirtschaft auf dem Gebiet der FLAG, insbesondere durch umweltfreundliche Herstellung und Lagerung von Trockeneis. Der Geschäftsplan stellt eine finanziell und wirtschaftlich solide Investition dar. Hauptziel dieser Investitionen ist die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen durch Schaffung alternativer Arbeitsplätze zum Fischereisektor für die Bevölkerung, nämlich die Schaffung einer Anlage zur umweltgerechten Erzeugung und Lagerung von Trockeneis. Die Hauptaktivitäten des Projekts umfassen die Platzierung eines Standortes – die Art des Containers und die Lieferung von spezialisierter technischer Ausrüstung für die Herstellung von Trockeneis, um die Produktion zu gewährleisten. Die gesamte bebaute Fläche (RFA) der Werkstatt von 42 m² ist geplant. Nach der Realisierung der Investition wird das Unternehmen eine völlig neue Tätigkeit starten, um der wachsenden Nachfrage gerecht zu werden. Darüber hinaus werden Bedingungen für die Einstellung von zusätzlichem Personal geschaffen und der Wert der Investition auf 199 544.00 BGN geschätzt, ausgenommen DS. Nach der Realisierung der Investition wird das Unternehmen eine völlig neue Tätigkeit starten, um der wachsenden Nachfrage gerecht zu werden.
