Проектното предложение включва проектиране и изграждане на инсталация за предварително третиране на смесено събрани битови отпадъци, система за разделно събиране и оползотворяване на зелени и биоразградими отпадъци и рециклирането им в инсталации за компостиране. Инсталация за предварително третиране на смесени битови отпадъци Изгражда в границите на ПИ 000723, с. Алеко Константиново, община Пазарджик, с технология ръчно сортиране и аеробно стабилизиране на органичната фракция, с капацитет до 43 000 т/год.модул сепариране: Капацитет до 43 000 т/г – предвижда се хале за технологично оборудване: зона за зареждане, пресяване, ръчно сортиране на рециклируемите материали и материали за оползотворяване за енергия. Предвижда се балиране на отделените леки фракции.модул за стабилизиране: Капацитет 14 000 т/г Стабилизирането на органичната фракция се извършва в полиетиленови реактори, като управлението на процеса е изцяло автоматично. Предвиждат се 9 стартови станции за компостиране.Инсталация за компостиране - „Ал. Константиново“ Инсталацията се изгражда в границите на ПИ 000723 в землището на с. Алеко Константиново. Капацитетът на инсталацията за компостиране на общините Пазарджик, Пещера, Лесичово, Батак и Брацигово е 8 000 т/г.Избрана е технология за компостиране на открито, на редове, с покритие от полупропусклива мембрана, с обръщане с цел аериране на отпадъците в компостните редове. Инсталация за компостиране на община СептемвриПлощадката, за изграждане на компостиращата инсталация, е в имот 387010, землище с. Варвара. Избрана технология - компостиране на редове на открито. Капацитет на инсталацията - 2598 т/г. Инсталация за компостиране на община БеловоКомпостиращата инсталация се предвижда в УПИ II 86, местност „Вучата могила“, землище с.
