Фирма "Арокс" ЕООД е производствено предприятие, намиращо се в гр. София, което произвежда бетонови изделия, и в което от началото на 2016 г. работят 11 служители. Цялата произведена продукция на компанията се изкупува от големи дистрибутори на строителни материали. Пазарът бързо се развива и компанията изпитва нужда от разширяване на производствения си капацитет. Настоящия проект предвижда дейности, водещи до разширяване на производствения капацитет и повишаване енергийната ефективност на дружеството, както и намаляване разходите на фирмата за единица продукция, с цел повишаване на енергийната ефективност и конкурентоспособността на предприятието за постигане на по-ниски нива на производствените разходи и намаляване на вредните емисии на въглероден диоксид в атмосферата. Кандидатът е възложил изработването на енергиен одит, в съответствие с изискването на финансиращата програма и инвестиционните си намерения. За увеличаване на енергийната ефективност и разширяване на капацитета си, компанията предвижда да внедри в производството нова Автоматична инсталация за двуслойни бетонови плочи с по-голям капацитет от съществуващата и с възможност за производство на различни по размер бетонови изделия, инвестиции за внедряване и сертификация по EN/ISO 50001, с цел управление на енергийните характеристики, контрол и намаление на енергийното потребление в компанията.Проектът ще се реализира посредством изпълнението на следните допустими по настоящата процедура дейности:1). Разширяване на производствената дейност чрез придобиване на ново производствено оборудване Автоматична инсталация за двуслойни бетонови плочи - 1 бр.2). Консултантски услуги за въвеждане и сертифициране на система за енергиен мениджмънт съгласно изискванията на стандарт EN ISO 50001 (Система за управление на енергията).3). Arox Ltd. is a manufacturing plant located in Sofia, which produces concrete products and employs 11 employees since the beginning of 2016. All the production of the company is purchased by large distributors of building materials. The market is rapidly developing and the company needs to expand its production capacity. The present project envisages activities leading to expansion of the production capacity and increasing the energy efficiency of the company, as well as reducing the company’s unit costs in order to increase the energy efficiency and competitiveness of the company to achieve lower levels of production costs and reduce the harmful emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. The applicant has commissioned an energy audit as required by the funding programme and its investment intentions. In order to increase the energy efficiency and expand its capacity, the company envisages to implement in the production a new Automatic installation for double layer concrete slabs with greater capacity than the existing one and with the ability to produce different sizes of concrete products, investments for implementation and certification according to EN/ISO 50001, in order to manage the energy performance, control and reduce the energy consumption in the company. The project will be implemented through the implementation of the following activities eligible under this procedure:1). Expansion of the production activity by acquiring new production equipment Automatic installation for double layer concrete slabs — 1 pcs.2). Consulting services for the implementation and certification of an energy management system according to the requirements of standard EN ISO 50001 (Energy Management System).3). Arox Ltd. est une usine de fabrication située à Sofia, qui produit des produits en béton et emploie 11 employés depuis le début de l’année 2016. Toute la production de l’entreprise est achetée par de grands distributeurs de matériaux de construction. Le marché se développe rapidement et l’entreprise doit augmenter sa capacité de production. Le présent projet prévoit des activités conduisant à l’expansion de la capacité de production et à l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique de l’entreprise, ainsi qu’à la réduction des coûts unitaires de l’entreprise afin d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique et la compétitivité de l’entreprise afin d’atteindre des niveaux de coûts de production plus faibles et de réduire les émissions nocives de dioxyde de carbone dans l’atmosphère. Le demandeur a commandé un audit énergétique comme l’exige le programme de financement et ses intentions d’investissement. Afin d’accroître l’efficacité énergétique et d’accroître sa capacité, l’entreprise envisage de mettre en œuvre dans la production une nouvelle installation automatique pour dalles en béton à double couche d’une capacité supérieure à celle existante et avec la capacité de produire différentes tailles de produits en béton, des investissements pour la mise en œuvre et la certification selon EN/ISO 50001, afin de gérer la performance énergétique, contrôler et réduire la consommation d’énergie dans l’entreprise. Le projet sera mis en œuvre par la mise en œuvre des activités suivantes éligibles dans le cadre de cette procédure: 1. Expansion de l’activité de production par l’acquisition de nouveaux équipements de production Installation automatique pour dalles de béton à double couche — 1 pcs.2). Arox Ltd. ist eine Produktionsstätte mit Sitz in Sofia, die Betonprodukte herstellt und seit Anfang 2016 11 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Die gesamte Produktion des Unternehmens wird von großen Vertreibern von Baumaterialien gekauft. Der Markt entwickelt sich rasant und das Unternehmen muss seine Produktionskapazität ausbauen. Das vorliegende Projekt sieht Aktivitäten vor, die zum Ausbau der Produktionskapazität und zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz des Unternehmens sowie zur Senkung der Stückkosten des Unternehmens führen, um die Energieeffizienz und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens zu steigern, um die Produktionskosten zu senken und die schädlichen Emissionen von Kohlendioxid in die Atmosphäre zu reduzieren. Der Antragsteller hat ein Energieaudit gemäß den Vorgaben des Förderprogramms und seiner Investitionsabsichten in Auftrag gegeben. Um die Energieeffizienz zu erhöhen und seine Kapazität zu erweitern, plant das Unternehmen, in der Produktion eine neue Automatische Anlage für Doppelschichtbetonplatten mit größerer Kapazität als die bestehende und mit der Fähigkeit, verschiedene Größen von Betonprodukten zu produzieren, Investitionen in die Umsetzung und Zertifizierung nach EN/ISO 50001 umzusetzen, um die Energieeffizienz zu steuern, den Energieverbrauch im Unternehmen zu steuern und zu senken. Das Projekt wird durch die Durchführung der folgenden im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens förderfähigen Tätigkeiten umgesetzt: 1. Erweiterung der Produktionstätigkeit durch den Erwerb neuer Produktionsanlagen Automatische Installation für Doppelschichtbetonplatten – 1 Stk.2). Beratungsleistungen für die Implementierung und Zertifizierung eines Energiemanagementsystems gemäß den Anforderungen der Norm EN ISO 50001 (Energy Management System).3).
