"АК ЕЛЕКТРИК" АД е дружество,специализирано в проектиране и производство на електрически табла за контрол и управление на машини и съоръжения, комплектни разпределителни уредби за ниско, средно и високо напрежение, предназначени за производство и разпределение на електрическа енергия и е работодател на 767души-целева група на настоящия проект.Общата цел на проекта е:Да се подобри работната среда в "АК ЕЛЕКТРИК" АД посредством осигуряване на добри и безопасни условия на труд,както и на иновативни,по-продуктивни и по-екологосъобразни начини за организация на труда,което да резултира в подобряване качеството на работните места и да окаже положително въздействие върху производителността на труда в предприятието.Проектът ще се реализира посредством следния комплекс от взаимосвързани дейности, водещи към постигане на общата и специфични проектни цели и очаквани резултати:Дейност 1:Подкрепа за практики за въвеждане на иновативни, по-производителни и "по-зелени" модели за организация на труда в предприятието, в т.ч. за осигуряване на безопасни и здравословни условия на труда, подобряване на професионалния и здравния статус на работниците и служителите, както и подобряване на социалния климат, поддейности:1.1.Осигуряване на средства за колективна защита, свързани с подобряване условията на труд1.2.Закупуване на ЛПС и СРО1.3.Подобряване на социалния климат в предприятието чрез предоставяне на възможности за отдих,почивка,спортуване и улесняване на служителите по време на работния процес в предприятието.Проектът също така ще обхване реализацията на следните дейности съгласно декларирания от Кандидата ангажимент:Дейност 2:Организация и управление на проекта с резултат обезпечена ефективна организация на изпълнението на проектаДейност 3:Дейности за информация и комуникация, в резултат на която ще бъдат осигурени мерки за информиране и публичност в съответствие с приложимите изисквания и указания за прилагане на правилата за информация и комуникация 2014-2020 г. “AK ELECTRIK” JSC is a company specialised in the design and production of electrical panels for control and control of machines and equipment, complete distribution systems for low, medium and high voltage, designed for the production and distribution of electricity and is an employer of 767 souls-target group of this project.The general objective of the project is: to improve the working environment in “AK ELECTRIK” JSC by providing good and safe working conditions, the project will be implemented through the following set of interconnected activities leading to the achievement of the general and specific project objectives and expected results: Action 1:Support for practices for introducing innovative, more productive and “greener” models for work organisation in the enterprise, including for ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, improving the professional and health status of employees, as well as improving the social climate, sub-activities:1.1.Provision of collective protection funds related to improving working conditions1.2.Purchase of PPE and SCO1.3.Improving the social climate in the enterprise by providing opportunities for recreation, rest, sports and facilitation of employees during the working process in the enterprise.The project will also cover the realisation of the following activities as declared by the Candidate activity 2:Organisation and management of the project resulting in effective organisation of the implementation of the projectActive 3: Information and communication activities, as a result of which information and publicity measures will be provided in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for the application of the information and communication rules 2014-2020. «AK Electrik» JSC est une société spécialisée dans la conception et la production de panneaux électriques pour le contrôle et le contrôle des machines et des équipements, des systèmes complets de distribution pour basse, moyenne et haute tension, conçus pour la production et la distribution d’électricité et est un employeur du groupe cible 767 âmes de ce projet.L’objectif général du projet est: d’améliorer l’environnement de travail dans «AK Electrik» JSC en fournissant de bonnes conditions de travail et de sécurité, le projet sera mis en œuvre par l’ensemble suivant les activités interconnectées menant à la réalisation des objectifs généraux et spécifiques du projet et les résultats attendus: action 1: soutien des pratiques pour l’introduction d’informations innovantes, plus productives et «vertes» pour l’organisation de l’entreprise en vue de l’amélioration de l’entreprise en vue de l’amélioration des conditions de travail dans l’entreprise, l’amélioration des conditions de travail dans l’entreprise et l’amélioration des conditions de travail dans le cadre de l’entreprise.
