Основната цел на настоящото проектно предложение е да допринесе за повишаване на производствения капацитет на „Балкан „АД, чрез модернизация с въвеждане на ново високотехнологично оборудване в предприятието, специализирано в производството на метални елементи. Реализирането на проекта ще допринесе за изпълнението на следните резултати свързани с целта на настоящата процедура за предоставяне на безвъзмездна финансова помощ:•Подобряване на производителността и ресурсната ефективност в „Балкан„ АД посредством закупуване на ново високотехнологично оборудване;•Създаване на редица възможности на дружеството за производство на нови и по-качествени продукти, конкурентни на международните пазари;•Увеличаване на производствения капацитет на завода и създаване на предпоставки за поемане на повече и по-големи по отношение на обем поръчки;•Оптимизиране работата на конструктори и технолози; •Намаляване на производствените разходи, в следствие на преустановяване използването на подизпълнители и използването на минимум ръчен труд; Като резултат от изпълнението на дейностите съществено ще се увеличи предлагането нови изделия, с висока добавена стойност. The main objective of this project proposal is to contribute to increasing the production capacity of Balkan AD through modernisation with the introduction of new high-tech equipment in the company specialising in the production of metal elements. The implementation of the project will contribute to the implementation of the following results related to the purpose of the present grant procedure: • Improving productivity and resource efficiency in Balkan AD through the purchase of new high-tech equipment; • Creating a number of opportunities for the company to produce new and better quality products, competitive on the international markets; •Increasing the production capacity of the plant and creating conditions for taking on more and larger in terms of volume orders; • Optimising the work of constructors and technologists; •Reduction of production costs resulting from the cessation of subcontracting and the use of a minimum of manual labour; As a result of the implementation of the activities, the supply of new products with high added value will be significantly increased. L’objectif principal de cette proposition de projet est de contribuer à accroître la capacité de production de Balkan AD par la modernisation avec l’introduction de nouveaux équipements de haute technologie dans l’entreprise spécialisée dans la production d’éléments métalliques. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à la mise en œuvre des résultats suivants liés à l’objectif de la présente procédure de subvention: • Amélioration de la productivité et de l’efficacité des ressources dans les Balkans AD par l’achat de nouveaux équipements de haute technologie; • création d’un certain nombre de possibilités pour l’entreprise de produire de nouveaux produits de meilleure qualité, compétitifs sur les marchés internationaux; • Accroissement de la capacité de production de l’usine et création de conditions permettant de prendre de plus en plus de commandes de volume; • Optimisation du travail des constructeurs et des technologues; •Réduction des coûts de production résultant de la cessation de la sous-traitance et de l’utilisation d’un minimum de main-d’œuvre manuelle; La mise en œuvre des activités entraînera une augmentation significative de l’offre de nouveaux produits à forte valeur ajoutée. Hauptziel dieses Projektvorschlags ist es, durch Modernisierung durch die Einführung neuer Hightech-Ausrüstungen in dem Unternehmen, das sich auf die Herstellung von Metallelementen spezialisiert hat, einen Beitrag zur Steigerung der Produktionskapazität von Balkan AD zu leisten. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zur Umsetzung der folgenden Ergebnisse im Zusammenhang mit dem Zweck des vorliegenden Zuschussverfahrens beitragen: • Verbesserung der Produktivität und Ressourceneffizienz im Balkan AD durch den Kauf neuer Hightech-Ausrüstungen; • Schaffung einer Reihe von Möglichkeiten für das Unternehmen, neue und qualitativ hochwertige Produkte zu produzieren, die auf den internationalen Märkten wettbewerbsfähig sind; • Erhöhung der Produktionskapazität der Anlage und Schaffung von Bedingungen für die Aufnahme von Mengenaufträgen; • Optimierung der Arbeit von Konstrukteuren und Technologen; • Verringerung der Produktionskosten, die sich aus der Einstellung der Vergabe von Unteraufträgen und der Verwendung eines Mindestmaßes an manueller Arbeit ergeben; Durch die Durchführung der Maßnahmen wird die Versorgung mit neuen Produkten mit hohem Mehrwert deutlich gesteigert.
