    THE PROJECT IS PART OF A PRECISE AND VITAL EDUCATIONAL NEED TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH CULTURAL TOOLS IN ORDER TO FIND THEIR WAY IN THE GLOBALISED WORLD. BY POICH THE FIGURE OF GLOBALISATION, THE COMPLEXITY OF THE PROJECT AIMS TO GIVE YOUNG PEOPLE AN ESSENTIAL CONCEPTUAL VADEMECUM FOR THE THREAD TO BE SEEN AS AN INTEGRAL, EFFECTIVE THREAD TO FAMILIARISE THEM WITH THE PROCESSES AND RATIONALES BEHIND THE VARIOUS FIELDS OF OUR SOCIETY IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO MAKE INFORMED CHOICES. WITH REGARD TO THE FORMS, IT WAS DECIDED TO FOCUS ON FOUR TYPES OF INTERVENTIONS FOR FOOD EDUCATION AND THE AREA OF ECONOMIC CITIZENSHIP THAT CIVIC ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION IS RESPECTFUL OF DIVERSITY AND ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP THAT IS CONSIDERED TO BE OF GREATER INTEREST TO YOUNG PEOPLE. THESE ISSUES ALSO LEND THEMSELVES TO BROAD CONSIDERATIONS AND STUDIES WHICH PARTLY ALSO TOUCH ON SUBJECTS COVERED BY OTHER TYPES OF INTERVENTION. (English)
