    OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT IS TO TRAIN UNOCCUPIED, UNEMPLOYED, INACTIVE ITALIAN OR FOREIGN NATIONALITY WITH\NPREFERIBILE EXPERIENCE AS DRIVERS OF MEANS OF TRANSPORT BY WHEEL AS DRIVERS OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT FOR THE TRANSPORT OF PEOPLE BY WHEEL. FROM THE MEETINGS HELD WITH THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGERS OF SASA SPA, AS WELL AS FROM THE EXPERIENCE GAINED ON SIMILAR PROJECTS IN THE PAST, IT WAS SEEN THAT THE STAFF IDENTIFIED AS TARGET BY THE FOLLOWING PATH PRESENTED GAPS BETWEEN SKILLS REQUIRED AND POSSESSED. THE PROJECT THEREFORE IDENTIFIES THE CONTENTS OF THE MISSING SKILLS BY PROPOSING THE MODULES ON WHICH TO STRUCTURE THE RELATIVE TRAINING COURSE, PERFECTLY TAILORED TO THE NEED TO FILL, ON THE ONE HAND, THE MISSING SKILLS, ON THE OTHER HAND TO TRAIN THE COMPULSORY SKILLS REQUIRED BY THE JOB ROLE THAT THE PARTICIPANTS WILL COVER.
