Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku Szkoły Podstawowej nr 3 w Wągrowcu zlokalizowanego przy ul. Klasztornej 19, który to obiekt składa się z dwóch części – stara część wybudowana w 1919 r. (budynek dawnego Gimnazjum Żeńskiego wpisany do rejestru zabytków) oraz nowa części wybudowana w 1978 r.W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone następujące działania, które przyczynią się do znacznej poprawy efektywności energetycznej ww. obiektu:Stara część budynku:- docieplenie stropów pod nieogrzewanymi poddaszami,- ocieplenie ścian wewnętrznych oddzielających pomieszczenia ogrzewane od nieogrzewanego poddasza,- wymiana lub renowacja starych okien, drzwi zewnętrznych,- pozostałe prace (izolacja ścian fundamentowych, naprawa zadaszeń, podestów i schodów zewnętrznych, remont elewacji) – wykazane w budżecie projektu jako wydatki niekwalifikowalne.Nowa część budynku:- docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, dachów i stropodachu,- wymiana starych okien, drzwi,- pozostałe prace budowlane.Ponadto w ramach projektu dotychczasowa kotłownia węglowa zostanie zastąpiona nową, zasilaną gazem, ze wspomaganiem produkcji c.w.u. przy użyciu pompy ciepła typu powietrze/woda. W obu częściach budynku zostanie wymieniona instalacja c.o. wraz z montażem nowych grzejników wyposażonych w zawory termostatyczne oraz zostanie wymieniona instalacja c.w.u. Dodatkowo w ramach wydatków niekwalifikowalnych ściany oraz sufity wszystkich pomieszczeń budynku zostaną pomalowane.W wyniku realizacji projektu w 2017 r. zostaną osiągnięte następujące produkty:- Liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków - 1 szt. - Dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii cieplnej ze źródeł odnawialnych - 0,0021 MWt- Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE - 1 szt.- Powierzchnia użytkowa budynków poddanych termomodernizacji - 1 336 m2- L. zmodernizowanych źródeł ciepła - 1 szt.Planowane wydatki kwalifikowalne - 772 482,09 zł, niekwalifikowalne - 352 808,89 zł. Klasztorna 19, which consists of two parts - the old part built in 1919 (the building of the former Women's Gymnasium entered in the register of monuments) and the new part built in 1978 The following activities will be carried out as part of the project, which will contribute to a significant improvement in efficiency energy above. of the structure: Old part of the building: - insulation of ceilings under unheated attics, - insulation of internal walls separating heated rooms from unheated attics, - replacement or renovation of old windows, external doors, - other works (insulation of foundation walls, repair of roofs, landings and external stairs, renovation of the facade) - shown in the project budget as non-eligible expenses New part of the building: - insulation of external walls, roofs and flat roof, - replacement of old windows and doors, - other construction works. In addition, the existing coal-fired boiler room will be replaced by a new gas-powered boiler house , with the support of domestic hot water production using an air-to-water heat pump. In both parts of the building, the central heating installation will be replaced, along with the installation of new radiators equipped with thermostatic valves, and the domestic hot water installation will be replaced. Additionally, as part of non-eligible expenses, the walls and ceilings of all rooms in the building will be painted. L’objectif de ce projet est de réaliser une modernisation complète de l’énergie du bâtiment de l’école primaire no 3 à Wągrowiec situé à ul. Monastère 19, qui se compose de deux parties — l’ancienne partie construite en 1919 (le bâtiment de l’ancien gymnase féminin inscrit au registre des monuments) et une nouvelle partie construite en 1978.Le projet réalisera les activités suivantes qui contribueront à une amélioration significative de l’efficacité énergétique de la partie susmentionnée obiektu:Stara du bâtiment:- plafonds chauffants sous des greniers non chauffés,- isolation des murs intérieurs séparant les pièces chauffées du grenier non chauffé,- remplacement ou rénovation d’anciennes fenêtres, portes extérieures,- autres travaux (isolation des murs de fondation, réparation des toitures, des plates-formes et des escaliers extérieurs, rénovation des façades) — présentés dans le budget du projet comme dépenses inéligibles.Une nouvelle partie du bâtiment:- isolation des murs extérieurs, des toitures et des toits,- remplacement de vieilles fenêtres, portes,- autres travaux de construction.En outre, dans le cadre du projet, l’usine existante de chaudière au charbon sera remplacée par une nouvelle chaudière au gaz, avec un soutien à la production d’eau chaude à l’aide d’une pompe à chaleur air/eau. Dans les deux parties du bâtiment, l’installation de chauffage central sera remplacée avec l’installation de nouveaux radiateurs équipés de vannes thermostatiques et l’installation d’eau chaude sera remplacée. En outre, dans le cadre des dépenses de murs et plafonds inéligibles de toutes les salles de bâtiment seront peintes. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet en 2017, les produits suivants seront réalisés:- Nombre de bâtiments modifiés en énergie — 1 pièce. — Capacité supplémentaire de production de chaleur à partir de sources renouvelables — 0,0021 MWt — Nombre d’unités construites pour la production de chaleur à partir de SER — 1 unité- Superficie utile des bâtiments faisant l’objet d’une rénovation thermique — 1 336 m²- L. sources de chaleur modernisées — 1 pièce.Dépenses éligibles prévues — 772 482.09, PLN inéligibles — 352 808,89 PLN.
