Projekt polega na zbudowaniu nowej oferty produktowej: cukierek mleczny typu krówka, polegającej na odtwarzaniu historycznego krajobrazu gospodarczego regionu (przywrócenie tradycyjnych produktów- cukierki typu krówka wytwarzane były w regionie w Olecku po 1949 r., w Dobrym Mieście od lat 70.), w nowej i innowacyjnej formie, stanowiącej alternatywę zdolną do konkurowania z produktem wytwarzanym przemysłowo (sztucznie wydłużany termin do spożycia, poprawiany smak, wygląd i konsystencja). Projekt przewiduje działania zmierzające do wdrożenia w działalności gospodarczej nowych pomysłów opartych o wieloletnie doświadczenie (jak sprawić, by krówka zachowała swoją ciągliwość? i dłuższy okres do spożycia bez stosowania konserwantów). ZAKRES PROJEKTU: -Biznes plan projektu -Modernizacja budynku i pomieszczeń produkcyjnych -Zakup środków trwałych: maszyna pakująca, maszyna etykietująca Działania promocyjne i informacyjne SPOSÓB WDRAŻANIA: Zakres rzeczowy projektu zostanie wykorzystany do dalszego budowania oferty produktowej OSM Olecko, opartej o dziedzictwo gospodarcze regionu oraz produkty wysokiej jakości. Wdrożenie nastąpi bezpośrednio w funkcjonującym zakładzie produkcyjnym w Olecku. ETAPY REALIZACJI: -Wybór dostawców -Przeprowadzenie prac budowlanych -Zakup i instalacja środków trwałych -Działania promocyjno-informacyjne -Modernizacja strony www -Rozliczenie rzecz.-fin. Wnioskodawca, jako producent żywności, prowadzi działalność w obszarze inteligentnej specjalizacji: ŻYWNOŚĆ WYSOKIEJ JAKOŚĆI, Przetwórstwo spożywcze Projekt wpisuje się w cele RPOWiM2014-2020 -CT3 „Wzmacnianie Konkurencyjności MŚP” -PI3c. „3c. „Wspieranie tworzenia i poszerzania zaawansowanych zdolności w zakresie rozwoju produktów i usług” gdyż bezpośrednio przyczynia się do rozwoju, w oparciu o innowacyjne rozwiązania, oferty produktowej Wnioskodawcy (MŚP) i zdolności konkurowania na rynku krajowym. The project consists of building a new product offer: milk candy of the type of fudge, consisting of restoring the historical economic landscape of the region (restoration of traditional products – fudge candies were produced in the region in Oleck after 1949, in the Good City since the 70s), in a new and innovative form, which is an alternative to competing with an industrially manufactured product (artificially extended deadline for consumption, improved taste, appearance and consistency). The project envisages actions aimed at implementing new ideas based on many years of experience (how to ensure that the cow retains its ductility? and a longer period to eat without preservatives). SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: —Business project plan -Modernisation of the building and production premises – Purchase of fixed assets: packaging machine, labelling machine Promotional and informational measures IMPORTANT: The material scope of the project will be used to further build Olecko’s product offer, based on the region’s economic heritage and high-quality products. Implementation will take place directly in a functioning production facility in Oleck. STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION: —Selection of suppliers -Conduct of construction works – Purchase and installation of fixed assets -Promotion and information activities -Modernisation of the website -The settlement of the thing.-fine. The applicant, as a food producer, carries out activities in the field of smart specialisation: Food Quality, Food Processing The project fits in with the objectives of RPOWiM2014-2020 -CT3 “Strengthening the Competitiveness of SMEs” -PI3c. “3c. ‘Supporting the creation and expansion of advanced product and service development capacity’ as it directly contributes to the development, based on innovative solutions, of the Applicant’s product offer (SMEs) and the ability to compete on the domestic market. Le projet consiste à construire une nouvelle offre de produits: les bonbons au lait de type fudge, qui consiste à restaurer le paysage économique historique de la région (la restauration des produits traditionnels — le caramel de type confit a été produit dans la région d’Olecek après 1949, dans la bonne ville depuis les années 1970), sous une forme nouvelle et innovante, une alternative capable de rivaliser avec un produit industriel (terme artificiellement allongé pour manger, amélioration du goût, de l’apparence et de la consistance). Le projet prévoit des actions visant à mettre en œuvre de nouvelles idées fondées sur de nombreuses années d’expérience dans l’activité économique (comment assurer que le caramel conserve sa ductilité? et une période plus longue à consommer sans l’utilisation d’agents de conservation). PORTÉE DU PROJET: —Plan de projet d’entreprise -Modernisation des locaux de construction et de production -Achat d’immobilisations: machine d’emballage, machine d’étiquetage Activités promotionnelles et d’information MISE EN OEUVRE: Le champ d’application matériel du projet sera utilisé pour développer l’offre de produits d’OSM Olecko, basée sur le patrimoine économique et des produits de qualité de la région. La mise en œuvre aura lieu directement dans l’usine de production d’Olecek. ÉTAPES DE LA MISE EN ŒUVRE: —Sélection des fournisseurs -Construction de travaux de construction -Achat et installation d’immobilisations -Activités de promotion et d’information -Modernisation du site web -Comptabilité des articles.-fin. La requérante, en tant que producteur d’aliments, est active dans le domaine de la spécialisation intelligente: Le projet s’inscrit dans les objectifs de RPOWiM2014-2020 -CT3 «Renforcer la compétitivité des PME» -PI3c. «3c. «Soutenir la création et l’expansion de capacités avancées pour le développement de produits et de services», étant donné qu’elle contribue directement au développement, sur la base de solutions innovantes, de l’offre de produits de la requérante (PME) et à la capacité de concurrence sur le marché intérieur.
