Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost aktywności zawodowej i zatrudnienia 60 osób bezrobotnych K28/M32 z terenu p. kieleckiego w okresie 08.2018-07.2020 roku do osób pow. 29 r. ż. poprzez kompleksowe wsparcie w określeniu ścieżki (potwierdzonymi kwalifik.) Wzrost aktywności zawodowej i zatrudnienia wśród osób znajdujących się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, które poszukują zatrudnienia. Realizacja wskaźników rezultatu i produktu: Liczba os. bezrob. Projekt w szczególności będzie skierowany do kobiet, osób po 50 roku życia, długotrwale bezrob., osób z niskimi kwalifikacjami, bez doświadczenia zawodowego. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’activité et l’emploi de 60 chômeurs K28/M32 de la zone de Kielce au cours de la période 08.2018-07.2020 à la zone. 29 par un soutien global à la définition du parcours (qualifications confirmées) pour accroître la participation au marché du travail et l’emploi parmi les personnes particulièrement vulnérables sur le marché du travail qui recherchent un emploi. Mise en œuvre des indicateurs de résultat et de réalisation: Nombre de personnes. (y compris les chômeurs de longue durée) pris en charge dans le seuil.-60/28K/32M Nombre de chômeurs de longue durée couverts par l’aide dans le seuil 30/15K/15M Nombre de personnes couvertes par l’aide dans le seuil — 0 Nombre de personnes bénéficiant d’un soutien dans le seuil.-4/2K/2M Nombre de personnes pour 50 personnes bénéficiant d’un soutien dans le seuil.-20/9K/11M Nombre de personnes ayant un faible admissibilité bénéficiant d’un soutien dans le seuil 30/15K/15M Le projet répondra de manière globale aux besoins du groupe cible en mettant en œuvre des tâches: Intermédiation de travail avec conseil professionnel + IPD, formation professionnelle adaptée aux participants et à l’économie locale, et stages — selon les qualifications acquises au cours de la formation — pour 60 participants au projet. Le projet s’adressera notamment aux femmes, aux personnes âgées de plus de 50 ans, au chômage de longue durée, aux personnes peu qualifiées et à l’absence d’expérience professionnelle.
