Celem głównym proj jest aktywizacja zawodowa 25 kobiet w wieku powyżej 29 r.ż., bezrobotnych, poszukujących pracy (pozostające bez zatrudnienia) lub bierne zawodowo z Kieleckiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego, poprzez udział w kompleksowym wsparciu składającym się m.in. z poradnictwa zaw, szkoleń, staży i pośrednictwa pracy do 28.02.2018. Wskaźniki to m.in.: 1. L. os. biernych zaw. objętych wsparciem aktywizacji zaw.– 10 2. L. os pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek – 10 3. L. osób, które uzyskały kwalif. po opuszczeniu programu - 6 4. L. osób o niskich kwalif. objętych wsparciem – 10. Proj jest skierowany do 25 K pozostających bez zatrudnienia powyżej 29 r. ż. (w tym min. 40% biernych zaw.), w tym 2 osoby niepełnosprawne, 1 os pow. 50 r.ż., 10 K o niskich kwalifikacjach, 15 os bezrobotnych, 10 osob biernych zaw. Zadania: 1. Identyfikacja potrzeb UP i poradnictwo zaw. 2. Szkolenia 3. Staże 4. Pośrednictwo pracy. Kwota dofinansowania: 431 259,00, wklad własny 22 800,00 zł. The main aim of the project is to activate 25 women over the age of 29, unemployed, job-seekers (out of employment) or passive professionally from the Kielce Functional Area, through participation in comprehensive support consisting of e.g. counselling, training, internships and job placement until 28.02.2018. Indicators include: 1. L. passive incl. included in activating support – 10 2. L. employed persons, including self-employed – 10 3. L. persons who were qualified after leaving the program – 6 4. L. Low Qualify Persons supported – 10. The project is aimed at 25 K out of employment over 29 years. (including at least 40 % of passive cases), of which 2 persons with disabilities, 1 persons per capita. 50 years, 10 K low-skilled, 15 unemployed people, 10 passive persons incl. Tasks: 1. Identification of needs of UP and guidance incl. 2. Training 3. Internships 4. It’s a job mediation. Amount of co-financing: 431 259,00, own contribution 22 800,00 PLN. L’objectif principal du projet est l’activation professionnelle de 25 femmes de plus de 29 ans, chômeurs, demandeurs d’emploi (sans emploi) ou inactives de la zone fonctionnelle de Kielce, grâce à la participation à un soutien complet comprenant, entre autres, des conseils, des formations, des stages et des stages jusqu’au 28 février 2018. L. personnes qui ont obtenu une qualification après avoir quitté le programme — 6 4. L. personnes faiblement qualifiées bénéficiant d’un soutien — 10.
