Celem projektu jest nabycie kompetencji pracowniczych u 20 uczniów/nic (3K,17M) z kierunku technik informatyk, technik leśnik, technik mechanik z Zespołu Szkół Technicznych i Ogólnokształcących im. ks. Edmunda Domańskiego w Iłowie – Osadzie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych w wyniku realizowanego wsparcia w postaci diagnozy, kursów/szkoleń zawodowych oraz odbycia staży u pracodawców w okresie IX.2019-IX.2020.. Realizacja projektu ma przełożyć się na wzrost zatrudnialności uczestników projektu poprzez nabycie oraz potwierdzenie kwalifikacji i umiejętności praktycznych i zastosowanie ich w praktyce u Pracodawcy. Działania pozwalają na zwiększenie zatrudnialności uczniów szkoły prowadzącej kształcenie zawodowe, w szczególności poprzez poprawę jakości kształcenia zawodowego. Projekt przyczynia się do wzmocnienia powiązania systemu kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego z rynkiem pracy oraz wzrostu jakości systemu szkoleń służącego zwiększeniu zdolności do zatrudnienia uczniów placówek kształcenia zawodowego. Projekt realizuje założenia MODEL 1. a) zdiagnozowanie ucznia/słuchacza pod kątem uzupełnienia jego umiejętności, kompetencji i uzyskiwania kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz kompetencji miękkich ułatwiających wejście na rynek pracy/kontynuację nauki w celu skierowania go na staż zawodowy oraz kursy/szkolenia (o ile dotyczy), z uwzględnieniem indywidualnych potrzeb rozwojowych i edukacyjnych oraz możliwości psychofizycznych uczniów i słuchaczy objętych wsparciem b) realizacja staży zawodowych dla uczniów/słuchaczy w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy. Model został dodatkowo rozszerzony o wsparcie w postaci wyposażenie uczniów w dodatkowe umiejętności, kompetencje i kwalifikacje zawodowe oraz w miękkie kompetencje pracownicze, które zostaną uzyskane w trakcie kursów/szkoleń powiązanych z profilem kształcenia, wybranych przy udziale pracodawców i poprzedzonych diagnozą ucznia. The aim of the project is to acquire employee competences in 20 pupils/nothing (3K,17M) from the field of computer sciences, forester techniques, mechanic techniques from the Technical and General Education Schools. Edmund Domański in Iłów – Osada by obtaining qualifications and practical skills as a result of the implemented support in the form of diagnosis, vocational courses/training and traineeships with employers in the period IX.2019-IX.2020. The implementation of the project is intended to increase the employability of project participants by acquiring and confirming qualifications and practical skills and applying them in practice with the Employer. Measures increase the employability of pupils in vocational training, in particular by improving the quality of vocational training. The project contributes to strengthening the link between VET and the labour market and increasing the quality of the training system to increase the employability of VET pupils. The project implements the assumptions of MODEL 1. a) diagnosing the student with a view to supplementing his/her skills, competences and obtaining professional qualifications and soft competences facilitating entry into the labour market/continuation of education in order to refer him to a traineeship and courses/training (if applicable), taking into account individual development and educational needs and psychophysical possibilities of pupils and students supported by b) implementing professional internships for pupils/listeners in real working conditions. The model has been extended to include support in the form of equipping pupils with additional skills, competences and professional qualifications and soft employee competences, which will be obtained during courses/training related to the education profile, selected with the participation of employers and preceded by a diagnosis of the pupil. L’objectif du projet est d’acquérir des compétences salariées auprès de 20 étudiants (3K,17M) issus du domaine des techniciens informatiques, des techniciens forestiers, des mécaniciens du Complexe des écoles techniques et générales. Edmund Domański in Iłowie — Osada en obtenant des qualifications et des compétences pratiques grâce à l’aide fournie sous forme de diagnostic, de cours/de formation professionnelles et de stages auprès des employeurs au cours de la période IX.2019-IX.2020. La mise en œuvre du projet vise à accroître l’employabilité des participants au projet en acquérant et en confirmant les qualifications et les compétences pratiques et en les appliquant dans la pratique à l’employeur. Ces mesures permettent d’accroître l’employabilité des élèves de l’école de formation professionnelle, notamment en améliorant la qualité de la formation professionnelle. Le projet contribue à renforcer le lien entre l’EFP et le marché du travail et à améliorer la qualité du système de formation afin d’accroître l’employabilité des étudiants de l’EFP. Le projet met en œuvre MODEL 1. a) Diagnostic de l’étudiant en vue de compléter ses aptitudes, ses compétences et l’obtention de qualifications professionnelles et de compétences non techniques facilitant l’entrée sur le marché du travail/la poursuite de l’apprentissage afin de l’orienter vers un stage professionnel et des cours/formations (le cas échéant), en tenant compte du développement individuel et des besoins éducatifs et des capacités psychophysiques des étudiants et des étudiants couverts par le soutien b) la mise en œuvre de stages professionnels pour les étudiants en conditions réelles de travail. Le modèle a également été étendu pour inclure un soutien sous la forme de doter les étudiants d’aptitudes, de compétences et de qualifications professionnelles supplémentaires, ainsi que de compétences de travail non contraignantes, qui seront obtenues au cours des cours/formations liés au profil éducatif, sélectionnés avec la participation d’employeurs et précédés d’un diagnostic de l’élève.
