Zakres rzeczowy zostanie wykorzystany do prowadzenie prac B+R nad możliwością wykorzystania w przemyśle spożywczym, kosmetycznym i rolnictwie: 1.KWASÓW TŁUSZCZOWYCH 2.GLICERYNY TECHNICZNEJ 3.GLICERYNY DESTYLOWANEJ Prowadzone prace B+R będą dotyczyć: 1. Rozwoju produktów przy obecnie stosowanej technologii 2. Nowych produktów wynikających z łączenia poszczególnych związków chemicznych 3. Wprowadzenia zmian w stosowanych technologiach ETAPY REALIZACJI: 1.Wybór dostawców 2.Zakup i instalacja środków trwałych 3.Rozliczenie rzecz.-fin. PROJEKT WPISUJE SIĘ W CELE RPO WiM 2014-2020: Cel Tematyczny 1 Priorytet inwestycyjny 1b gdyż dotyczy stworzenia w przedsiębiorstwie możliwości do prowadzenia w sposób zorganizowany i ciągły prac B+R, zmierzających do rozwoju oferowanych usług, poprzez generowanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań innowacyjnych. MATERIAL SCOPE: Automatic density analyser Automatic water content determination apparatus KF laboratory centrifuge Laboratory furnace Gas chromatograph for methanol determination and equipment profile testing Refractometer UV-Vis spectrometer (APHA colour) Analytical weight Technical weight Materials laboratory thermostat Laboratory mixer Laboratory dryer Laboratory water analyser Single-block thermostat Ph-metre Laboratory furniture with equipment and equipment.kpl Purchase of technical services related to the installation of laboratory infrastructure IMPORTANT: The material scope of the project will be used to create a laboratory of physico-chemical analyses. The concept of R & D infrastructure in KLM-E will be implemented, developed within the framework of cooperation with the scientific community. Implementation will take place through the supply of laboratory equipment and its correct installation. The material scope will be used to carry out R & D work on the possibility of use in the food, cosmetics and agriculture industries: 1.Technical CLEARS 2.Technical GLICERY 3.Distilled GLICERY The conducted R & D work will concern: 1. Product development with current technology 2. New products resulting from the combination of individual chemicals 3. Introducing changes in the ETAPY REALIATION technologies used: 1.Selection of suppliers 2. Purchase and installation of fixed assets 3. The project fits into the objectives of the RPO WiM 2014-2020: Thematic objective 1 Investment priority 1b as it concerns the creation of an opportunity for an enterprise to carry out R & D work in an organised and continuous manner, aimed at developing the services offered, by generating and implementing innovative solutions. CHAMP D’APPLICATION MATÉRIEL: Analyseur automatique de densité Appareil automatique de détermination de la teneur en eau par la méthode de KF Cylindre de laboratoire Four de laboratoire Chromatographie pour la détermination du méthanol et les essais de profil avec l’équipement Refractomètre UV-Vis Spectrometer Colorimètre (Barwa APHA) Poids analytique Poids technique Poids technique Laboratoire Thermostat Laboratoire Mélange de laboratoire Plaque chauffante Séchoir Déminéralisateur d’eau Ph-mètre Laboratoire Verre, équipement et matériaux de laboratoire_kpl. Mobilier de laboratoire avec équipement et outillage_kpl Achat de services techniques liés à l’installation d’infrastructures de laboratoire DÉPENSES: La portée matérielle du projet sera utilisée pour créer un laboratoire d’analyse physico-chimique. Le concept d’infrastructure de R & D de KLM-E, développé en coopération avec la communauté scientifique, sera mis en œuvre. La mise en œuvre se fera par la livraison de l’équipement de laboratoire et son installation correcte.
