Głównym celem P będzie wzrost aktywności społ. i zawodowej u 21 osób (12 K, 9 M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ. do 06.2018 z WŚ. P będzie realiz. na terenie GO i obejmie wsparciem mieszkańców, którzy są równocześnie klientami GOPS. GD stanowi 21 K/M (12 K, 9 M) – klientów GOPS w Opatowcu, bierni zawodowo, bezrobotni z III profilu, mieszkańców GO z obszaru WŚ. Są to osoby w wieku aktywności zawod. (18 - 67 lat) z wykszt. podstawowym, gimnazjalnym, zasadniczym, średnim i nie więcej niż 2 UP z wykszt. wyższym (10% GD, kryterium dostępu nr 3).P będzie realizowany od: 02.01.2017 do 30.06.2018. Główne wskaźniki rezultatu: Liczba (DALEJ:L) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 14 K/M; L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu - 14 K/M; L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. pracujących po opuszczeniu programu (łącznie z pracującymi na własny rachunek) - 7 K/M; L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie podjęły zatrudnienie - 30% (7 UP); L osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., które po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie dokonały postępu w procesie aktywizacji społeczno-zatrudnieniowej i zmniejszenia dystansu do zatrudnienia lub podjęły dalszą aktywizację - 60%. Główne działania: poradnictwo zawod. indywid. i grupowe oraz poradnictwo psychol. grupowe (100% GD), kursy zawodowe (100% GD), staże (47,62 % GD) i realizacja kontraktów soc. przez 3 etatowych pracowników socj. oddelegowanych 2 na 0,5 etatu, 1 na 0,25 etatu - WKŁAD WŁASNY PIENIĘŻNY. Kwota dofinansowania: 434.266,07 zł, w tym wkład własny PIENIĘŻNY: 80.114,26, co stanowi 15,57 % wartości projektu. Koszt przypadający na 1 UP wynosi: 24.494,30 zł (Polish)

These are people of the age of professional activity. (18-67 years) with basic, secondary, basic, medium and no more than 2 UP with higher education (10 % GD, access criterion 3).P will be implemented from: 02.01.2017 to 30.06.2018. Main result indicators: Number (DAY:L) of people at risk of poverty or exclusion who have been qualified after leaving the programme – 14 K/M; L of those at risk of poverty or exclusion of the population seeking employment after leaving the programme – 14 K/M; L of those at risk of poverty or exclusion of those working after leaving the scheme (including self-employed) – 7 K/M; L of those at risk of poverty or exclusion, who have taken up employment after completing their participation in the project – 30 % (7 UP); L of those at risk of poverty or exclusion who have made progress in the process of socio-employment activation and reduced the distance to employment after their participation in the project, or have undertaken a further activation of 60 %. Main actions: professional counseling. individual and group counselling and group counseling (100 % of GD), vocational courses (100 % GD), internships (47.62 % of GD) and execution of contracts soc. by 3 full-time employees seconded 2 for 0.5 posts, 1 for 0,25 posts – PIENCIAL Own. L’objectif principal de P sera d’accroître l’activité sociale et professionnelle de 21 personnes (12 K, 9 M) exposées au risque de pauvreté et d’exclusion sociale jusqu’au 06.2018 depuis le WW. P sera mis en œuvre dans GO et soutiendra les résidents qui sont simultanément des clients GOPS. GD est 21 K/M (12 K, 9 M) — Clients GOPS à Opatowiec, inactifs, chômeurs du troisième profil, résidents de GO de la région de WŚ. Ce sont des gens qui sont actifs dans la profession. (18-67 ans) avec primaire, secondaire inférieur, primaire, moyen et pas plus de 2 UP avec l’enseignement supérieur (10 % GD, critère d’accès 3).P sera mis en œuvre à partir de: Du 02.01.2017 au 30.6.2018. Principaux indicateurs de résultat: Nombre (FOR:L) de personnes menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale ayant obtenu des qualifications après avoir quitté le programme — 14 K/M; L personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion des demandeurs d’emploi après avoir quitté le programme — 14 K/M; L personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale dans l’emploi après avoir quitté le programme (y compris les travailleurs indépendants) — 7 K/M; L des personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale qui, à la fin de leur participation au projet, ont pris un emploi — 30 % (7 UP); L les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale qui, après avoir achevé leur participation au projet, ont progressé dans le processus d’activation socio-professionnelle et de réduction de la distance vers l’emploi ou ont entrepris une activation supplémentaire — 60 %. Principales actions: Le conseil individuel et collectif et le conseil psychosociatif de groupe (100 % GD), les cours professionnels (100 % GD), les stages (47,62 % GD) et la mise en œuvre de contrats sociaux par 3 travailleurs sociaux à temps plein détachés 2 pour 0,5 emploi, 1 sur 0,25 emplois — OWN PAINS.
