Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia min. 90% z (Grupa docelowa:)60 (36 kobiet/24 mężczyzn) osób bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo o niskich kwalifikacjach, powyżej 29 r.ż. (tj. osób fizycznych, które uczą się lub zamieszkują na obszarze woj. śląskiego w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego) w okresie od : 01.07.2016-31.07.2017. Projekt obejmuje następujące formy wsparcia: Identyfikacja potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego (w tym opracowanie IPD); Szkolenia zawodowe; Staż zawodowy; Pośrednictwo Pracy. Wsparcie będzie realizowane na terenie woj. śląskiego w miejscach gdzie zbiorą się grupy chętnych. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase employability of at least 90 % of (target group:)60 (36 women/24 men) unemployed or inactive low-skilled, over 29 years. (i.e. natural persons who learn or reside in the Silesian Voivodeship within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code) during the period from: 01.07.2016-31.07.2017. The project shall cover the following forms of support: Identify the needs of the unemployed and diagnose opportunities for professional improvement (including the development of an IPD); Vocational training; Traineeship; Job mediation. Support will be implemented on the territory of the Silesian Voivodeship in places where the willing groups will gather. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité d’au moins 90 % (groupe cible:)60 (36 femmes/24 hommes) de chômeurs ou inactifs peu qualifiés de plus de 29 ans. (c’est-à-dire les personnes physiques qui apprennent ou résident dans la voïvodie de Silésie au sens du Code civil) dans le délai suivant: 01.07.2016-31.07.2017. Le projet comprend les formes de soutien suivantes: L’identification des besoins des chômeurs et le diagnostic des possibilités de perfectionnement professionnel (y compris l’élaboration d’une DPI); La formation professionnelle; Stage professionnel; Placement du travail. Le soutien sera mis en œuvre dans la voïvodie de Silésie dans des endroits où des groupes d’avides se réuniront. (French)
