Rzeczowy zakres projekt obejmuje usunięcie i utylizację płyt azbestowych występujących na elewacji tylnej budynku przy ul. Grunwaldzkiej 9. Projekt przewiduje usunięcie całkowitej ilości azbestu znajdującej się na budynku, tj. 130.277 m2. Prace prowadzone będą zgodnie z wytycznymi określonymi w Rozporządzeniu MGPiPS z 2 kwietnia 2004r. w sprawie sposobów i warunków bezpiecznego użytkowania i usuwania wyrobów zawierających azbest oraz Rozporządzenia MG z 5 sierpnia 2010r. zmieniającego ww. rozporządzenie. Pod względem formalno-prawnym projekt jest gotowy do realizacji. (Polish)

The material scope of the project includes the removal and disposal of asbestos slabs occurring on the facade of the rear building at ul. Grunwaldska 9. The project provides for the removal of the total amount of asbestos on the building, i.e. 130,277 m². The work will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines set out in the MGPiPS Regulation of 2 April 2004 on ways and conditions for safe use and disposal of asbestos-containing products and the IG Regulation of 5 August 2010 amending the aforementioned Regulation. In formal and legal terms, the project is ready for implementation. (English)

La portée matérielle du projet comprend l’enlèvement et l’élimination des panneaux d’amiante trouvés sur la façade du bâtiment arrière à ul. Grunwald est 9ème. Le projet prévoit l’élimination de la quantité totale d’amiante sur le bâtiment, c’est-à-dire 130,277 m². Les travaux seront réalisés conformément aux lignes directrices énoncées dans le règlement IGPiPS du 2 avril 2004 relatif aux méthodes et conditions d’utilisation et d’élimination sûres des produits contenant de l’amiante et au règlement IG du 5 août 2010 modifiant le règlement susmentionné. Formellement et juridiquement, le projet est prêt à être mis en œuvre. (French)
