Projekt polega na kompleksowym przygotowaniu terenów inwestycyjnych typu brownfield w rejonie ul. Podmiejskiej, DW 911 i ul. Pod Lipami w Piekarach Śląskich, w celu nadania im nowych funkcji gospodarczych wraz z możliwością ich promocji. Przedmiotem projektu jest odwodnienie poprzez budowę sieci kanalizacji deszczowej i budowa drogi, w efekcie czego uzbrojonych zostanie 13,38 ha terenów inwestycyjnych. Elementem projektu jest również promocja inwestycyjna uzbrojonego obszaru. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od dnia 25.05.2017 r. do dnia 30.05.2018 r. (Polish)

The project consists of a comprehensive preparation of brownfield investment areas in the area of ul. Suburban, DW 911 and ul. Under Lipa in Piekary Śląskie, in order to give them new economic functions, together with the possibility of promoting them. The object of the project is dehydration through the construction of a rainwater sewerage network and the construction of a road, as a result of which 13.38 ha of investment areas will be armed. Investment promotion of the armed area is also an element of the project. The project will be implemented in the period from 25.05.2017 to 30.05.2018. (English)

Le projet consiste en une préparation complète des zones d’investissement dans les friches industrielles dans le domaine de l’ul. Banlieue, DW 911 et St. Sous Lipami à Piekary Śląskie, afin de leur donner de nouvelles fonctions économiques et la possibilité de les promouvoir. L’objet du projet est d’assainir l’eau par la construction d’un réseau d’eaux pluviales et la construction de routes, ce qui permettra d’armer 13,38 ha de zones d’investissement. La promotion des investissements dans la zone armée fait également partie du projet. Le projet sera mis en œuvre entre le 25 mai 2017 et le 30 mai 2018. (French)
