Projekt ukierunkowany na realizację Strategii Unii Europejskiej dla Regionu Morza Bałtyckiego (SUERMB) oraz wynikającej z niej planów działań Action Plan for the Baltic Sea Region Strategy oraz Baltadapt Strategy and Action Plan for Adaptation to Climate Change in the Baltic Sea Region (Baltadapt)oraz wpisują się w zakres interwencji określony przez RPO WP 20142020 działanie 11.4. Projekt ma na celu podniesienia stanu świadomości ekologicznej 3.095 osób, indywidualnych użytkowników korzystających z zasobów środowiska i wsparcie dla 31 obszarów chronionych o powierzchni 10.400 ha oraz wzrost aktywności społecznej mieszkańców województwa pomorskiego w zakresie: Priorytet I SUERMB –Ochrona morza, cele szczegółowe takie jak czysta woda w morzu, bogata i zdrowa przyroda oraz lepsza współpraca. Priorytet ten przewiduje działania między innymi na rzecz: zmniejszenia ilości środków odżywczych w morzu do dopuszczalnych poziomów, ograniczenie stosowania i oddziaływania substancji niebezpiecznych, wspierania zrównoważonego rolnictwa, leśnictwa i rybołówstwa, łagodzenia skutków zmian klimatu i adaptacja do nich. W projekcie zaplanowano wsparcie obszarów chronionych oraz 6 kampanii informacyjno –edukacyjnych na wszystkich poziomach administracyjnych: dwie konferencje wojewódzkie, 16 seminariów powiatowych, 80 szkoleń gminnych, 12 ewentów plenerowych, indywidualne doradztwo dla rolników w celu utworzenia sieci gospodarstw wzorcowych na obszarach chronionych prezentujących dobre praktyki i aktywizujących lokalne społeczności, w zakresie przeciwdziałania eutrofizacji i zanieczyszczeniom wód, w tym wód Bałtyku (tematy: zarządzania obiegiem substancji odżywczych i nawozów w gospodarstwie, planów nawożenia, analizy możliwości wykorzystania naturalnych systemów filtracyjnych, zarządzaniem substancjami szkodliwymi w gospodarstwie. Zaplanowane działania wynikają wprost z rekomendacji w zakresie zdiagnozowanych problemów wymienionych w przytoczonych powyżej Planach Działań. (Polish)

The project aimed at the implementation of the European Union Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (SUERMB) and the resulting Action Plans for the Baltic Sea Region Strategy and Baltadapt Strategy and Action Plan for Adaptation to Climate Change in the Baltic Sea Region (Baltadapt) and fall within the scope of intervention defined by ROP WP 20142020 Action 11.4. The project aims to raise the state of environmental awareness of 3,095 people, individual users using environmental resources and support for 31 protected areas with an area of 10.400 ha and an increase in social activity of inhabitants of Pomorskie voivodship in the scope of: Priority AND SUERMB – Sea Protection, specific objectives such as clean sea water, rich and healthy nature and better cooperation. This priority envisages actions, inter alia, to: reducing the amount of nutrients at sea to acceptable levels, reducing the use and impact of dangerous substances, promoting sustainable agriculture, forestry and fisheries, mitigating and adapting to climate change. The project plans to support protected areas and 6 information and education campaigns at all administrative levels: two voivodship conferences, 16 county seminars, 80 municipal trainings, 12 open air courses, individual advice to farmers in order to establish a network of model farms in protected areas presenting good practices and activating local communities, on the prevention of eutrophication and pollution of waters, including Baltic waters (themes: management of the circulation of nutrients and fertilisers on the farm, fertilisation plans, analysis of the possibility of using natural filtration systems, management of harmful substances on the farm. The planned actions stem directly from recommendations on the problems identified in the Action Plans mentioned above. (English)

Le projet visait à mettre en œuvre la stratégie de l’Union européenne pour la région de la mer Baltique (SUERMB) et le plan d’action qui en découle pour la stratégie pour la région de la mer Baltique et la stratégie Baltadapt et le plan d’action pour l’adaptation au changement climatique dans la région de la mer Baltique (Baltadapt) et relèvent du champ d’intervention défini par l’action 11.4. Le projet vise à sensibiliser à l’environnement 3.095 personnes, les utilisateurs individuels utilisant les ressources environnementales et le soutien à 31 aires protégées d’une superficie de 10,400 ha et une augmentation de l’activité sociale des habitants de la voïvodie de Poméranie dans le domaine de: Priorité ET SUERMB — Protection de la mer, objectifs spécifiques tels que l’eau propre dans la mer, une nature riche et saine et une meilleure coopération. Cette priorité prévoit, entre autres, des actions visant à: réduire les nutriments en mer à des niveaux acceptables, réduire l’utilisation et l’impact des substances dangereuses, promouvoir l’agriculture, la sylviculture et la pêche durables, atténuer les changements climatiques et s’y adapter. Le projet prévoit de soutenir les aires protégées et 6 campagnes d’information à tous les niveaux administratifs: deux conférences de voïvodie, 16 séminaires de district, 80 cours de formation municipale, 12 événements en plein air, des conseils individuels aux agriculteurs afin d’établir un réseau d’exploitations de référence dans les zones protégées présentant les bonnes pratiques et activant les communautés locales, dans le domaine de la lutte contre l’eutrophisation et la pollution des eaux, y compris les eaux baltes (thèmes: gestion des éléments nutritifs et des engrais à la ferme, plans de fertilisation, analyse de la possibilité d’utiliser des systèmes de filtration naturelle, gestion des substances nocives à la ferme. Les actions prévues découlent directement des recommandations relatives aux problèmes diagnostiqués énumérées dans les plans d’action cités ci-dessus. (French)
