W projekcie realizowanym w okresie 1.09.2016-30.06.2018 weźmie udział 6 szkół w tym 4 szkoły podstawowe w Opaleniu, Gniewie i Pol.Gronowie, Piasecznie oraz 2 gimnazja w Opaleniu, Gniewie, dla których organem prowadzącym jest Gmina Gniew. Do szkół łącznie uczęszcza SP 923 i GIM 457 uczniów, wsparciem objętych zostanie ok. 50%-686 uczniów i 91 nauczycieli. Projekt zakłada realizację zajęć z kształcenia kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności (kreatywności, innowacyjności oraz pracy zespołowej); tworzenia warunków dla nauczania opartego na metodzie eksperymentu; korzystania z technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych oraz rozwijanie kompetencji informatycznych; indywidualizacja pracy z uczniem ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi. Podstawą do określenia celów projektu jest dokonana 3 letnia diagnoza (sporządzona w formie pisemnej) obszarów interwencji, która sformowała cele projektu: wzrostu poziomu kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy wśród uczniów, przekładającego się na poprawę wyników egzaminów zewnętrznych i – w dłuższej perspektywie, zwiększenie szans rozwojowych ucz.o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych, w szczególności ucz. z niepełnosprawnościami lub z zaburzeniami rozwoju oraz ucznia młodszego, wsparcie doskonalenia zawodowego nauczycieli, przede wszystkim w zakresie przygotowania do kształcenia kompetencji kluczowych oraz pracy z uczniami o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych w szczególności uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami lub z zaburzeniami rozwoju. Wypracowane rezultaty w sposób trwały i trafny wpłyną na proces edukacyjny w szkołach. Zgodnie z zapisami RPO projekt sprzyja oszczędnemu, efektywnemu i wydajnemu wydatkowaniu środków oraz zapewnia realizację wskaźników z zachowaniem efektywności kosztowej - nakład-rezultat. (Polish)

The project implemented in the period 1.09.2016-30.06.2018 will be attended by 6 schools, including 4 primary schools in Opaleń, Gniew and Pol.Gronów, Piaseczno and 2 gymnasium in Opalno, Gniew, for which the organ is Gniew Municipality. The school is attended by SP 923 and GIM 457 pupils, and will be supported by approx. 50 %-686 students and 91 teachers. The project involves the implementation of training courses on key competences necessary in the labour market and appropriate attitudes and skills (creativity, innovation and teamwork); creating conditions for teaching based on the experimental method; the use of information and communication technologies and the development of IT competences; individualisation of work with a student with special educational needs. The basis for defining the objectives of the project is a 3-year diagnosis (in written form) of the areas of intervention, which formulated the objectives of the project: increase the level of key competences needed in the labour market among pupils, which translates into improving the results of external examinations and – in the longer term, to increase the development opportunities of pupils with special educational needs, especially students with disabilities or developmental disorders, support for the improvement of teachers’ vocational training, in particular in preparing for the training of key competences and working with pupils with special educational needs in particular pupils with disabilities or developmental disabilities. The results achieved in a lasting and accurate way will affect the educational process in schools. According to the RPO provisions, the project promotes cost-effective, efficient and efficient spending and ensures the implementation of indicators with cost-effectiveness – input-output. (English)

6 écoles, dont 4 écoles primaires à Opaleniu, Gniewie et Pol.Gronów, Piaseczno et 2 gymnases à Opaleniu, Gniewie, Gniew, pour lesquelles la municipalité de Gniew est l’organe directeur, participeront au projet entre 1.09.2016-30.06.2018. Au total SP 923 et GIM 457 élèves fréquentent les écoles, avec environ. 50 %-686 étudiants et 91 enseignants. Le projet implique la mise en œuvre de classes de formation aux compétences clés nécessaires sur le marché du travail et aux bonnes attitudes et compétences (créative, innovation et travail d’équipe); créer les conditions d’un enseignement fondé sur l’expérience; l’utilisation des technologies de l’information et de la communication et le développement des compétences informatiques; individualisation du travail avec un étudiant ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux. La base de la définition des objectifs du projet est un diagnostic de trois ans (par écrit) des domaines d’intervention qui ont constitué les objectifs du projet: une augmentation du niveau des compétences clés nécessaires sur le marché du travail parmi les étudiants, ce qui se traduit par une amélioration des résultats des examens externes et, à long terme, par une augmentation des possibilités de développement de l’apprenant ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux, en particulier les étudiants handicapés ou ayant un handicap de développement et un élève plus jeune, le soutien au développement professionnel des enseignants, en particulier dans le domaine de la préparation à l’éducation des compétences clés et du travail avec les étudiants ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux, en particulier les étudiants handicapés ou présentant un handicap de développement. Les résultats obtenus de manière durable et précise auront une incidence sur le processus éducatif dans les écoles. Selon les dispositions du ROP, le projet favorise l’utilisation rentable, efficiente et efficiente des fonds et assure la mise en œuvre d’indicateurs avec un rapport coût-efficacité — effort-résultat.
