Celem projektu jest opracowanie koncepcji prowadzenia przez firmę DELTA prac badawczo-rozwojowych nad innowacyjnym zestawem przyrządów usprawniających funkcjonowanie osób niepełnosprawnych i starszych w zakresie codziennego funkcjonowania. Zestaw obejmuje: lasko-taboret – służący do podpierania się przy poruszaniu z równoczesnym wykorzystaniem jako taboretu w momencie konieczności spoczynku; składany uchwyt do grzebienia – umożliwiający uczesanie włosów przy ograniczonych ruchach ręki w łokciu i ramieniu; uniwersalny chwytak stosowany do podnoszenia rzeczy z ziemi, do przyciśnięcia przycisku, który jest za daleko, do podania karty do portu i jej wyjęcia, wykonania podobnych manipulacji; samo-podnośnik umożliwiający samodzielne powstanie z ziemi po upadku. Cel projektu wpisuje się w cele szczegółowe „Zwiększona działalność B+R przedsiębiorstw” i „Zwiększone urynkowienie działalności badawczo rozwojowej” osi priorytetowej I oraz w cel szczegółowy „Zwiększona działalność B+R przedsiębiorstw” Działanie 1.2 tej osi. Projektowanie urządzeń będzie oparte na regułach dostępności: użyteczność dla osób o różnej sprawności, elastyczność w użytkowaniu, proste i intuicyjne użytkowanie, czytelna informacja, tolerancja na błędy, wygodne użytkowanie bez wysiłku, wielkość i przestrzeń odpowiednie dla dostępu i użytkowania, percepcja równości. Sprzęty będą proste i wygodne w użytkowaniu, nie będą wymagały specjalnych umiejętności i wysiłku. Będą się nimi posługiwać osoby niepełnosprawne i starsze bez względu na płeć, rasę, wyznanie czy pochodzenie. Usprawnienie funkcjonowania osób starszych oraz niepełnosprawnych wpisuje się w realizację zasady niedyskryminacji i zrównoważonego rozwoju. Przeprowadzenie przez firmę DELTA wskazanych prac B+R oraz wdrożenie do produkcji sprzętu powszechnego zastosowania dla osób niepełnosprawnych i starszych istotnie wpisze się w realizację na obszarze województwa podkarpackiego innowacyjności firm sektora MŚP oraz zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju. The aim of the project is to develop the concept of conducting research and development work by DELTA on an innovative set of instruments that improve the functioning of people with disabilities and older people in the field of everyday functioning. The set includes: chick-taboret – used to support the movement while being used as a taboret at rest; folding comb holder – allowing hair to be combed with limited hand movements in the elbow and shoulder; universal gripper used to lift things from the ground, to press a button that is too far, to pass the card into the port and remove it, to perform similar manipulations; a self-lifter that allows you to rise from the ground after the fall. The objective of the project is in line with the specific objectives “Increased R & D activities of enterprises” and “Increased marketing of R & D” of priority axis I and the specific objective “Increased R & D activities of enterprises” Action 1.2 of this axis. Equipment design will be based on accessibility rules: usability for people with varying efficiency, flexibility in use, simple and intuitive use, legible information, error tolerance, effort-free use, size and space suitable for access and use, perception of equality. The equipment will be simple and convenient to use, will not require special skills and effort. They will be used by disabled and elderly persons regardless of gender, race, religion, or background. Improving the functioning of older people and people with disabilities is in line with the principles of non-discrimination and sustainable development. DELTA’s performance of the R & D works indicated by DELTA and the implementation of universal use for disabled and elderly people in the Podkarpackie Voivodship will significantly contribute to the implementation of innovation of SMEs and sustainability principles in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. L’objectif du projet est de développer le concept de recherche et développement de DELTA sur un ensemble innovant d’instruments pour améliorer le fonctionnement des personnes handicapées et des personnes âgées dans le domaine du fonctionnement quotidien. L’ensemble comprend: Lasko-Taboret — utilisé pour soutenir le mouvement avec une utilisation simultanée comme tabouret au moment du repos; poignée de peigne pliable — permettant de peindre les cheveux avec des mouvements limités de la main dans le coude et l’épaule; préhenseur universel utilisé pour soulever les choses du sol, pour appuyer sur un bouton qui est trop loin, pour passer la carte au port et l’enlever, effectuer des manipulations similaires; autoporteuse permettant une montée indépendante du sol après la chute. L’objectif du projet s’inscrit dans le cadre des objectifs spécifiques «Accroître les activités de R & D des entreprises» et «Augmentation de la commercialisation des activités de R & D» de l’axe prioritaire I et de l’objectif spécifique «Accroître les activités de R & D des entreprises» de l’action 1.2 de cet axe. La conception de l’appareil sera fondée sur des règles d’accessibilité: utilisabilité pour les personnes ayant différentes capacités, flexibilité d’utilisation, utilisation simple et intuitive, informations claires, tolérance aux erreurs, utilisation confortable sans effort, taille et espace adaptés à l’accès et à l’utilisation, perception de l’égalité. L’équipement sera simple et pratique à utiliser, ne nécessitera pas de compétences et d’efforts spéciaux. Ils seront utilisés par les personnes handicapées et les personnes âgées, quels que soient leur sexe, leur race, leur religion ou leur origine. L’amélioration du fonctionnement des personnes âgées et des personnes handicapées s’inscrit dans la mise en œuvre des principes de non-discrimination et de développement durable. La mise en œuvre des travaux de R & D indiqués par DELTA et la mise en œuvre d’équipements universellement applicables pour les personnes handicapées et les personnes âgées dans la production d’équipements feront effectivement partie de la mise en œuvre dans le domaine de la voïvodie de Podkarpackie de l’innovation des entreprises du secteur des PME et des principes du développement durable.
