Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia przez Wnioskodawcę opracowanych wyników prac B+R w postaci innowacji produktowej – tj. śruby HACS (HEAVILY-ALLOYED COMPRESSIVE SCREW) ze stali wysokostopowej z gwintem specjalnym o zarysie niesymetrycznym do zastosowań w systemach zaciskowych. Innowacja produktowa będąca wynikiem projektu ma szczególne znaczenie zwłaszcza w przemyśle lotniczym oraz motoryzacyjnym, gdzie niezmiernie ważne są m.in. dokładność wykonania oraz spójność powierzchni elementów złącznych. Zakres projektu obejmuje zakup pras korbowych specjalnych wielooperacyjnych, czubkarki do zakończeń specjalnych, walcarek z walcami płaskimi, systemu nadzoru i optymalizacji produkcji gniazda technologicznego, oraz serwera bazodanowego i serwera aplikacji. W wyniku realizacji projektu wprowadzona zostanie innowacja produktowa, dzięki której zostanie rozszerzona struktura asortymentowa firmy o nowy produkt. Dzięki wprowadzeniu na rynek nowego innowacyjnego produktu, wyróżniającego się pod względem technologicznym oraz właściwości użytkowych na tle konkurencji. Wnioskodawca poprawi swoją pozycję konkurencyjną na rynku europejskim. (Polish)

The project concerns the implementation by the Applicant of the developed results of R & D in the form of product innovation – i.e. HACS screws (HEAVILY-alloyed compressive SCREW) made of high-alloy steel with a special asymmetrical thread for applications in clamping systems. Product innovation resulting from the project is of particular importance, especially in the aerospace and automotive industries, where, among other things, accuracy and consistency of fasteners are extremely important. The scope of the project includes the purchase of special multi-operated crank presses, special finishing tips, flat rollers, monitoring and optimisation system for technological socket production, database server and application server. As a result of the project, product innovation will be introduced, thanks to which the assortment structure of the company will be extended to a new product. Thanks to the introduction of a new innovative product, technologically distinguished and competitive. The applicant will improve its competitive position on the European market. (English)

Le projet concerne la mise en œuvre par la requérante des résultats de la R & D sous la forme d’innovations de produits — c’est-à-dire des vis HACS (HEAVILY-alloyed Compressive SCREW) en acier très allié avec un filetage spécial avec un contour asymétrique pour les applications dans les systèmes terminaux. L’innovation en matière de produits résultant du projet est particulièrement importante dans les secteurs de l’aéronautique et de l’automobile, où, entre autres, la précision et la cohérence de la surface des éléments de fixation sont de la plus haute importance. Le projet comprend l’achat de presses à manivelle multi-opératoires spéciales, de sertissages spéciaux, de machines à rouleaux plats, d’un système de surveillance et d’optimisation de la production d’une prise technologique, ainsi que d’un serveur de base de données et d’un serveur d’applications. À la suite du projet, une innovation de produit sera introduite, grâce à laquelle la structure de l’assortiment de l’entreprise sera étendue pour inclure un nouveau produit. Grâce au lancement d’un nouveau produit innovant qui se démarque en termes de technologie et de performance de la concurrence. Le candidat améliorera sa position concurrentielle sur le marché européen. (French)
