Celem projektu jest zaktywizowanie 15 os (12 K i 3 M) zamieszkałych w gminie Kolno, nieaktywnych zawodowo i/lub bezrobotnych, które są jednocześnie wykluczone społecznie i korzystają ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej. W projekcie zostanie zastosowana kompleksowa aktywna integracja – społeczna i zawodowa oraz praca socjalna: 1. Wsparcie psychologiczne - wypracowanie pozytywnych postaw, radzenie sobie w środowisku rynku pracy. 2. Warsztaty aktywizacyjne - rozwoju osobistego, umiejętności społecznych oraz kompetencji pedagogiczno-wychowawczych 3. Praca socjalna - 15 kontraktów socjalnych. 4. Szkolenia zawodowe: • Opiekun osób starszych i dzieci • Kierowca samochodu ciężarowego kat C 5. Doradztwo zawodowe i kreowanie postaw przedsiębiorczych – indywidualne i grupowe – budowanie postaw przedsiębiorczych i zaradności społeczno-zawodowej. 6. Aktywizacja społeczna i działania o charakterze środowiskowym Zaangażowanie animatorów lokalnych, którzy realizować będą działania o charakterze środowiskowym dla osób uczestniczących w projekcie oraz ich otoczenia w tym w szczególności dla dzieci, młodzieży oraz zależnych osób starszych (50os.). Spowoduje to budowanie potencjału społeczności lokalnej pobudzanie do działania pozytywnych wzorców i aktywnego środowiska lokalnego. Kompleksowa realizacja projektu jest podstawą do budowania zaradności i długofalowych efektów społecznych, edukacyjnych i zawodowych w gminie Kolno. Projekt realizowany w okresie 1 stycznia-30 czerwca 2017r jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby uczestników i rynku pracy, a zastosowane narzędzia i działania opierają się na szczegółowej diagnozie. W przypadku osób bezrobotnych z III profilu pomocy zostanie podpisany pomiędzy GOPS Kolno a PUP Kolno Program Aktywizacja i Integracja. Projekt zakłada uzyskanie zatrudnienia przez min. 22% uczestników, wzrost aktywności społecznej u min. 56% uczestników oraz uzyskanie kalif. zaw. przez min. 31% uczestników projektu. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to activate 15 people (12 K and 3 M) residing in the municipality of Kolno, inactive and/or unemployed, who are socially excluded and benefit from social assistance. The project will include comprehensive active inclusion – social and professional as well as social work: 1. Psychological support – developing positive attitudes, coping in the labour market environment. 2. Activation workshops – personal development, social skills and pedagogical and educational competences 3. Social Work – 15 Social Contracts. 4. Vocational training: • Senior Caregiver and children • Truck driver cat C 5. Professional counselling and entrepreneurial attitudes – individual and group – building entrepreneurial attitudes and socio-professional resourcefulness. 6. Social activation and environmental activities Involvement of local animators who will implement environmental activities for those participating in the project and their environment, including in particular for children, young people and dependent elderly people (50 people). This will create the potential of the local community to stimulate positive patterns and an active local environment. Comprehensive implementation of the project is the basis for building resourcefulness and long-term social, educational and professional effects in the Kolno commune. The project implemented between 1 January-30 June 2017 is a response to the needs of participants and the labour market, and the tools and actions used are based on a detailed diagnosis. In the case of unemployed persons from the third aid profile will be signed between GOPS Kolno and PUP Kolno Program Activation and Integration. The project assumes employment by min. 22 % of participants, an increase in social activity in min. 56 % of participants and gaining caliph by at least 31 % of participants. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’activer 15 personnes (12 K et 3 M) résidant dans la municipalité de Kolno, économiquement inactives et/ou sans emploi, qui sont à la fois exclues socialement et bénéficient de prestations d’assistance sociale. Le projet mettra en œuvre une inclusion active globale — travail social et professionnel et social: 1. Soutien psychologique — développer des attitudes positives, faire face à l’environnement du marché du travail. 2. Ateliers d’activation — développement personnel, aptitudes sociales et compétences pédagogiques et éducatives 3. Travail social — 15 contrats sociaux. 4. Formation professionnelle: • Soignant des personnes âgées et des enfants • chauffeur de camion cat C 5. Orientation professionnelle et création d’attitudes entrepreneuriales — individuelles et collectives — qui créent des attitudes entrepreneuriales et une ingéniosité socioprofessionnelle. 6. Activation sociale et activités environnementales Engagement d’animateurs locaux qui mèneront des activités de nature environnementale pour les personnes participant au projet et leur environnement, notamment les enfants, les jeunes et les personnes âgées dépendantes (50 personnes). Cela créera un renforcement des capacités de la communauté locale afin de stimuler des modèles positifs et un environnement local actif. La mise en œuvre complète du projet est la base de l’ingéniosité et des effets sociaux, éducatifs et professionnels à long terme dans la municipalité de Kolno. Le projet mis en œuvre entre le 1er janvier et le 30 juin 2017 répond aux besoins des participants et du marché du travail, et les outils et actions utilisés reposent sur un diagnostic détaillé. Dans le cas des chômeurs ayant le troisième profil d’aide sera signé entre GOPS Kolno et PUP Kolno programme d’activation et d’intégration. Le projet consiste à obtenir un emploi d’au moins 22 % des participants, à accroître l’activité sociale chez au moins 56 % des participants et à obtenir un calife en conjonction avec au moins 31 % des participants au projet.
