Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa wielofunkcyjnej ścieżki rekreacyjnej wzdłuż zbiornika Klimkówka, na terenie 2 gmin: Ropy i Uścia Gorlickiego. Projektowana ścieżka pełnić będzie funkcje pieszorowerowe w okresie letnim, w okresie zimowym będzie trasą narciarstwa biegowego. Dł. trasy 4,323 km.Działania podejmowane w projekcie:1. Roboty budowlane bud. wielofunkcyjnej ścieżki pieszorowerowej nad Zbiornikiem Klimkówka dł. 4,323 km, w tym: 0,485 km nawierzchnia asfaltowa, 3,8380 km nawierzchnia mineralna z tłucznia kamiennego; szer. 2,0 2,5m wyjaśnienie w piśmie przewod. wraz z wyrówn. i rekult. ter. ziel. opis w pkt. Q2. Zakup środków trwałych zakup i instalacja małej architektury turystycznej, w tym: bud. miejsc odpoczynku w formie ławek bez oparcia 8 szt. i stołów plenerowych 4szt.montaż miejsc dla rowerów stojaki rowerowe 20szt.bud. wiat rowerowych 4szt.montaż koszy na śmieci wzdłuż ścieżki rowerowej 4szt.montaż tablic informacyjnych z regulaminem i planem trasy 4szt.montaż barier ochronnych 828 m3. Promocja źródeł finansowania projektu:wykonanie 2 tablic informac., które po zakończeniu prac zastąpione będą tablicami pamiątkowymi, na okres trwałości projektu, z wymaganymi oznaczeniamiwykonanie naklejektabliczek na sprzęt, kupowany w ramach projektu oznaczone zgodnie z wymogami zasad promocji źródeł finansowania4. Nad całością procesu inwest. czuwać będzie inspektor nadzoru, który zapewni kontrolę zgodności wykonywanych robót z projektem, przepisami i zasadami wiedzy techn.Wskaźniki produktu: l. wspartych obiektów turystycznych i rekreacyjnych 2018r.1szt. l. obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami 2018r. 1 szt. przyjęto ścieżki realizowane w projekcie wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą jako całościowy obiekt turystyczny i rekreacyjny stąd wartość wskaźnika 1Wskaźniki rezultatu:wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach innych niż przedsiębiorstwa 2 miejsca pracy EPC. The subject of the project is the construction of a multifunctional recreational path along the Klimkówka reservoir, within 2 communes: Oil and Gorlicky’s Movement. The track will be designed as a footbike during the summer, and in winter it will be a cross-country skiing trail. Track length 4.323 km. Measures taken in the project:1. Promotion of the project’s sources of funding:the execution of 2 information boards, which will be replaced by commemorative plaques, for the duration of the project, with the required markings,implementing stickers for equipment, purchased in the framework of the project, marked in accordance with the requirements of the rules for the promotion of funding sources4. The entire investment process will be supervised by a supervisory inspector, who will ensure compliance of the work performed with the design, regulations and principles of technical knowledge. L’objet du projet est la construction d’un sentier récréatif multifonctionnel le long du réservoir de Klimkówka, dans 2 municipalités: L’huile et l’Uścia de Gorlicki. Le sentier prévu effectuera des fonctions de marche en été, en hiver, il s’agira d’un parcours de ski de fond. Longueur de l’itinéraire 4,323 km. Activités entreprises dans le cadre du projet:1. Travaux de construction du sentier multifonctionnel au-dessus du réservoir Klimkówka. 4,323 km, dont: 0,485 km de chaussée asphaltée, 3,8380 km de surface minérale du concassage de pierres; C’est large. 2,0 2,5 m explication dans le fil à lettres, y compris le nivellement et l’assainissement des herbes décrites au paragraphe. Q2. Achat d’immobilisations et installation de petites architectures touristiques, y compris: construction de places de repos sous forme de bancs sans dossier 8 pcs et tables d’extérieur 4pcs. installation de sièges pour porte-vélos 20pcs. monde de vélo 4pcs. installation de poubelles le long de la piste cyclable 4pcs. Promotion des sources de financement projektu:wykonanie 2 tableaux d’information, qui, une fois les travaux terminés, seront remplacés par des tableaux souvenirs, pour la durée du projet, avec les marquages requis de mise en œuvre des autocollants pour l’équipement, achetés dans le cadre du projet, marqués conformément aux exigences des règles de promotion des sources de financement4. L’ensemble du processus d’investissement sera supervisé par un inspecteur de surveillance, qui veillera à la conformité des travaux réalisés avec la conception, la réglementation et les principes des connaissances technologiques.Indicateurs de produits: l. installations touristiques et récréatives soutenues 2018r.1 pcs. l. installations adaptées aux besoins des personnes handicapées 2018.
