Projekt będzie polegał na zakupie specjalistycznych usług doradczych o charakterze prorozwojowym, obejmujących: Doradztwo w zakresie projektowania, wdrażania i doskonalenia systemów zarządzania jakością: doradztwo przygotowujące do wdrożenia systemu ISO 9001: 2015 w celu podniesienia jakości pracy firmy. Cel: Wdrożenie do praktyki organizacji Systemu Zarządzania Jakością zgodnego z normą ISO 9001:2015, a dzięki temu : - zmniejszenie kosztów funkcjonowania organizacji, - optymalizacja działań, - podniesienie jakości pracy, - zwiększenie jakości wytwarzanych produktów/świadczonych usług oraz Doradztwo w zakresie organizacji i zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem - opracowanie i wdrożenie systemu bezpieczeństwa informacji; Cel: optymalizacja sposobu postępowania z informacją, gwarantująca zgodne z prawem gromadzenie i przetwarzanie informacji. Projekt odpowiada na zidentyfikowane potrzeby rozwojowe. Na zlecenie właściciela firmy Wolfgraf Design – P. Tomasza Maja zostały w styczniu 2017 r. zidentyfikowane: 1. Potrzeba umocnienia przewagi nad obecnymi na polskim rynku konkurentami działającymi w branży wizualizacji 3D i aplikacji internetowych. Żaden z naszych najbliższych konkurentów (tj. firm 4E, Animeco, Visco Studio, Modelight, Na Niby Studio,) nie posiada wdrożonego systemu zarządzania jakością. Wdrożenie tego typu systemu pozwoliłoby uzyskać przewagę konkurencyjną nad tymi firmami. 2. Potrzeba spełnienia oczekiwań naszych klientów związanych z bezpieczeństwem informacji. Nasi klienci (w tym szczególnie Centrum Górskie Zawoja oraz Instytut Nadzoru Technicznego) wymagają, aby przekazywane w wyniku naszej współpracy poufne dane (w tym szczególnie dane osobowe) były zabezpieczane w możliwie dobry sposób. The project will consist of the purchase of specialised advisory services of a pro-development nature, including: Advice on the design, implementation and improvement of quality management systems: advice for the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 in order to improve the quality of the company’s work. Objective: Implementation into practice of a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and thus: — reducing the organisation’s operating costs, – optimising activities, – improving the quality of work, – increasing the quality of manufactured products/services, and Advising in the field of organisation and management of the company – development and implementation of information security system; Objective: optimising the way information is handled, ensuring the lawful collection and processing of information. The project responds to identified development needs. At the request of the owner of Wolfgraf Design – P. Tomasz Maj, they were identified in January 2017: 1. The need to strengthen the advantage over competitors active in the 3D visualisation industry and web applications present on the Polish market. None of our closest competitors (i.e. 4E, Animeco, Visco Studio, Modelight, Na Niby Studio,) have implemented quality management system. The implementation of such a system would allow for a competitive advantage over these companies. 2. The need to meet our customers’ expectations related to information security. Our customers (especially the Centre of Mountain Voyages and the Institute of Technical Supervision) require that confidential data (including personal data in particular) provided through our cooperation are protected in the best possible way. Le projet consistera en l’achat de services de conseil spécialisés de nature promotionnelle, notamment: Consultation sur la conception, la mise en œuvre et l’amélioration des systèmes de gestion de la qualité: conseils pour la préparation de la mise en œuvre du système ISO 9001: 2015 pour améliorer la qualité du travail de l’entreprise. Objectif: Mise en œuvre du système de gestion de la qualité conformément à la norme ISO 9001:2015, et donc: — réduction des coûts de fonctionnement de l’organisation, — optimisation des activités, — amélioration de la qualité du travail, — amélioration de la qualité des produits/services produits et consultation sur l’organisation et la gestion de l’entreprise — développement et mise en œuvre d’un système de sécurité de l’information; Objectif: optimiser la manière dont l’information est traitée, en garantissant la collecte et le traitement licites de l’information. Le projet répond aux besoins de développement identifiés. À la demande du propriétaire de Wolfgraf Design — P. Tomasz Maj, ils ont été identifiés en janvier 2017: 1. La nécessité de renforcer l’avantage par rapport aux concurrents actuels de l’industrie de la visualisation 3D et des applications web. Aucun de nos concurrents les plus proches (c’est-à-dire 4E, Animeco, Visco Studio, Modelight, Na Niby Studio) n’a mis en place un système de gestion de la qualité. La mise en œuvre de ce type de système permettrait un avantage concurrentiel par rapport à ces entreprises. 2. La nécessité de répondre aux attentes de nos clients en matière de sécurité de l’information. Nos clients (notamment le Centre Górskie Zawoja et l’Institut de supervision technique) exigent que les données confidentielles transférées à la suite de notre coopération (y compris en particulier les données à caractère personnel) soient sécurisées de la meilleure manière possible.
