Projekt "Mazowiecka cyfrowa wieś ze standardem DIGCOMP" skierowany jest do 156 osób dorosłych powyżej 25. roku życia o niskich kwalifikacjach, w tym 30% w wieku 50 lat i więcej, mieszkających na obszarach wiejskich zgodnie z klasyfikacją DEGURBA 3. Wsparcie oferowane w ramach projektu jest zgodne z wynikami diagnozy potrzeb szkoleniowych grupy docelowej, która odnosi się do założeń RPO WM w zakresie poprawy skuteczności działań dotyczących dostępności do kształcenia przez całe życie. Na etapie wdrażania projektu przeprowadzone zostaną indywidualne diagnozy potrzeb UP, co pozwoli dopasować wsparcie do potrzeb i umiejętności każdego z UP. W ramach projektu zrealizowanych zostanie 13 edycji szkoleń z 5 modułów ECDL (Podstawy pracy z komputerem, Podstawy pracy w sieci, Przetwarzanie tekstów, Arkusze kalkulacyjne, Rozwiązywanie problemów wraz z uzupełnieniem) na poziomie podstawowym, najbardziej adekwatnym do potrzeb osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Szkolenia będą realizowane głównie w ośrodkach szkoleniowych położonych na obszarach wiejskich Mazowsza, blisko miejsca zamieszkania uczestników szkoleń, w celu ułatwienia dostępności do udziału w kursach komputerowych dla osób, które mają ograniczone możliwości podnoszenia kompetencji kluczowych. W wyniku udziału w ścieżce szkoleniowej UP nabędą kompetencje zgodne ze standardem wymagań określonym w ramach projektu DIGCOMP w następujących obszarach: Informacja, Komunikacja, Tworzenie treści, Bezpieczeństwo, Rozwiązywanie problemów. Po zakończeniu szkoleń UP przystąpią do pięciu egzaminów prowadzonych przez jednostkę akredytowaną ECDL. Założono, iż 90% UP tj. 140 osób (74 K/66 M) w wyniku pozytywnego zaliczenia egzaminów uzyska certyfikaty ECDL Profile DIGCOMP wydawane przez PTI, które potwierdzą nabycie kwalifikacji związanych z podstawową obsługą komputera. The project “Mazowiec Digital Village with DIGCOMP” is aimed at 156 low-skilled adults over 25 years of age, including 30 % aged 50 and over living in rural areas according to DEGURBA 3. The support offered by the project is consistent with the results of the diagnosis of the training needs of the target group, which refers to the assumptions of the ROP of WMs to improve the effectiveness of activities related to accessibility to lifelong learning. Individual diagnosis of the needs of UP will be carried out during the project implementation, which will allow the support to match the needs and skills of each of the UPs. As part of the project, 13 editions of trainings from 5 ECDL modules will be carried out (Bases for working with computer, Basics of work in the network, Text Processing, Spreadsheets, Problem Solving and Complementation) at the basic level, most appropriate to the needs of low-skilled people. The training will be conducted mainly in training centres located in rural areas of Mazovia, close to the place of residence of training participants, in order to facilitate accessibility to participation in computer courses for people with limited ability to raise key competences. As a result of their participation in the training path, UP will acquire competences in accordance with the DIGCOMP standard of requirements in the following areas: Information, Communication, Content Creation, Security, Troubleshooting. After completion of the training, UP will take five examinations conducted by the ECDL accredited body. It was assumed that 90 % UP i.e. 140 people (74 K/66 M) will receive ECDL Profile DIGCOMP certificates issued by PTI, which confirm the acquisition of qualifications related to basic computer support. Le projet «Village numérique mazovéien avec norme DIGCOMP» cible 156 adultes de plus de 25 ans peu qualifiés, dont 30 % âgés de 50 ans et plus, vivant dans des zones rurales selon la classification DEGURBA 3. Le soutien offert dans le cadre du projet est conforme aux résultats du diagnostic des besoins de formation du groupe cible, qui fait référence aux objectifs du PM ROP d’améliorer l’efficacité des mesures d’accessibilité à l’éducation et à la formation tout au long de la vie. Un diagnostic individuel des besoins de l’UP sera effectué au cours de la phase de mise en œuvre du projet, ce qui permettra de faire correspondre le soutien aux besoins et aux compétences de chaque UP. Dans le cadre du projet, 13 éditions de formations seront réalisées en 5 modules ECDL (bases de travail avec ordinateur, bases de travail en réseau, traitement de texte, feuilles de calcul, dépannage et supplémentation) au niveau de base, le plus adapté aux besoins des personnes peu qualifiées. La formation sera principalement dispensée dans des centres de formation situés dans les zones rurales de Mazovia, à proximité du lieu de résidence des stagiaires, afin de faciliter l’accès aux cours d’informatique pour ceux qui n’ont que peu de possibilités d’améliorer les compétences clés. À la suite de leur participation au parcours de formation de l’unité centrale, ils acquerront des compétences conformes aux exigences définies dans le projet DIGCOMP dans les domaines suivants: Information, communication, développement de contenu, sécurité, dépannage. À l’issue de la formation, l’Office des publications passera cinq examens réalisés par l’organisme accrédité ECDL. On a supposé que 90 % de l’AP, c’est-à-dire 140 personnes (74 K/66 M) recevront des certificats ECDL Profile DIGCOMP délivrés par PTI, qui confirmeront l’acquisition de qualifications liées à l’utilisation de base de l’ordinateur.
