Celem głównym projektu jest przeciwdziałanie ubóstwu i wykluczeniu społecznemu 15 osób starszych, niesamodzielnych (w tym 12 kobiet) z gminy Kraśniczyn oraz poprawa dostępności do usług społecznych użyteczności publicznej poprzez utworzenie klubu seniora do 31.12.2020r. Cel główny będzie realizowany poprzez cele szczegółowe: 1. Zwiększenie aktywności społecznej 15 osób starszych i niesamodzielnych(w tym 12K) z gminy Kraśniczyn do XII 2020r. 2. Zwiększenie aktywności fizycznej 15 osób starszych i niesamodzielnych(w tym 12K) z gminy Kraśniczyn do XII 2020r. 3. Zwiększenie integracji społecznej i więzi społecznych 15 osób starszych i niesamodzielnych(w tym 12K) z gminy Kraśniczyn do XII 2020 W ramach projektu przewiduje się zajęcia aktywizujące i terapeutyczne dla 15 K/M starszych niesamodzielnych z gminy Kraśniczyn, poradnictwo psychologiczne, zajęcia z edukacji zdrowotnej i zajęcia z kultury fizycznej oraz zajęcia kulturalne. Wsparcie będzie realizowane od 03.06.2019 r do 31.12.2020r. Zakłada się realizację następujących wskaźników: -liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w programie – 15 (12K/3M) - Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych, istniejących po zakończeniu projektu-1 - Liczba osób z niepełnosprawnościami objętych wsparciem w programie - 5 (4K/1M) - Liczba osób pochodzących z obszarów wiejskich-15 (12K/3M) (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to combat poverty and social exclusion of 15 elderly people, dependent (including 12 women) from the municipality of Kraśniczyn and to improve accessibility to social services of general interest by establishing a senior club by 31.12.2020. The main objective will be pursued through specific objectives: 1. Increase social activity of 15 elderly and dependent people (including 12K) from the municipality of Kraśniczyn to XII 2020. 2. Increase in physical activity of 15 elderly and dependent people (including 12K) from the municipality of Kraśniczyn to XII 2020. 3. Increase social integration and social ties of 15 elderly and dependent people (including 12K) from Kraśniczyn commune to XII 2020 The project envisages activation and therapeutic activities for 15 K/M of elderly dependents from Kraśniczyn commune, psychological counselling, health education classes and physical culture classes as well as cultural activities. The support will be implemented from 03.06.2019 to 31.12.2020. The following indicators are expected to be implemented: —number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by social services of general interest in the programme – 15 (12K/3M) – Number of post-project social services supported by the programme-1 – Number of persons with disabilities supported in the programme – 5 (4K/1M) – Number of people from rural areas-15 (12K/3M) (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est de lutter contre la pauvreté et l’exclusion sociale de 15 personnes âgées et dépendantes (dont 12 femmes) de la municipalité de Kraśniczyn et d’améliorer l’accessibilité aux services sociaux d’intérêt général en créant un club senior d’ici au 31.12.2020. L’objectif principal sera poursuivi au moyen d’objectifs spécifiques: 1. Accroître la participation sociale de 15 personnes âgées et dépendantes (dont 12 000 personnes) de la municipalité de Kraśniczyn d’ici au XII 2020. 2. Augmentation de l’activité physique de 15 personnes âgées et dépendantes (dont 12 000 personnes) de la municipalité de Kraśniczyn d’ici au XII 2020. 3. Renforcement de l’intégration sociale et des liens sociaux de 15 personnes âgées et dépendantes (dont 12 000 personnes) de la municipalité de Kraśniczyn jusqu’au XII 2020 Le projet prévoit des classes d’activation et de thérapie pour 15 personnes âgées dépendantes de la municipalité de Kraśniczyn, des conseils psychologiques, des cours d’éducation sanitaire, des classes de culture physique et des activités culturelles. Le soutien sera mis en œuvre du 3 juin 2019 au 31 décembre 2020. Les indicateurs suivants devraient être atteints: —nombre de personnes menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale couvertes par les services sociaux d’intérêt général du programme — 15 (12K/3M) — Nombre de places de services sociaux soutenues par le programme, existant après la fin du projet-1 — Nombre de personnes handicapées soutenues dans le programme — 5 (4K/1M) — Nombre de personnes issues des zones rurales-15 (12K/3M) (French)
