Szkoła Podstawowa nr 24 osiąga niższe od średnich wyniki edukacyjne w skali woj.: sprawdzian szóstoklasisty: 1. język polski/ matematyka 50,52 % 2. język angielski 54,7% Główny cel proj. stanowi podniesienie poziomu i jakości kształcenia, wyrównanie dyspropor. z zakr. kompetencji kluczowych, społecznych, cyfrowych oraz poziomu wiedzy z zakresu przedm. przyrodn., a tym samym podniesienie poz. osiąg. wyników egzaminów i pełniejsze przygot. UCZ do dalszej edukacji, a w przyszłości do wejścia na rynek pracy. Proj. ma na celu także podniesienie kwalifikacji zatrudnionej w placówce kadry. Dzięki realiz. proj. możliwe będzie doposaż. pracowni przyrodn., zakup nowoczesnych narzędzi TIK i pomocy dydaktycznych z zak. wspomag. UCZ z SPE, pozwalających stworzyć lepsze warunki do nauki. Podniesiona zost. także efektywność kształc. w placówce. Grupę docelową stanowią UCZ, N oraz sama placówka. Placówka znajduje się na obszarze rewitalizacji. Wśród zadań realizowanych w projekcie znajdą się: 1. Strefa kompetencji kluczowych - zajęcia dodatkowe dla uczniów i kursy dla N (1a,1b), 2. Strefa eksperymentu - zajęcia dodatkowe dla uczniów i kursy dla N (2b, 2c), 3. Strefa eksperymentu - zakup doposażenia (2a), 4. Strefa TIK - zajęcia dodatkowe dla uczniów i kursy dla N (3b, 3c), 5. Strefa TIK - zakup doposażenia (3a), 6. Strefa Specjalnych potrzeb edukacyjnych i rozwojowych - klasy I - III - zajęcia specjalistyczne dla uczniów (4c), 7. Strefa Specjalnych potrzeb edukacyjnych i rozwojowych - klasy IV - VI (+ młodzież w wieku gimnazjalnym - przyszłe klasy VII - VIII) zajęcia specjalistyczne dla UCZ, kursy dla N i zakup wyposażania (4a, 4b, 4c). Zakres projektu i wszystk. zadania realizowane w jego ramach są zgodne ze szkolną diagnozą (przepr. 07.2017) zatwierdzoną przez organ prow. oraz zgodnie z planem rozwoju placówki. (Polish)

English 54.7 % The main objective of the project is to increase the level and quality of education, to compensate for the disparities of key, social, digital and knowledge level in the field of pre-Nature, thereby increasing the performance of exam results and more complete preparation. Thanks to the implementation of the project, it will be possible to retrofit the workshop of Nature, purchase of modern ICT tools and teaching aids from wspomag. Teach with SPE to create better learning conditions. Increased efficiency of education in the facility. The target group consists of the UCZ, N and the facility itself. The facility is located in the revitalisation area. Among the tasks carried out in the project will include: 1. Key Competence Area – additional activities for students and courses for N (1a,1b), 2. Experiment zone – additional classes for students and courses for N (2b, 2c), 3. Experimental zone – purchase of retrofitting (2a), 4. ICT Zone – additional classes for students and courses for N (3b, 3c), 5. ICT Zone – purchase of retrofitting (3a), 6. Zone of Special Educational and Development Needs – Class I – III – specialised classes for students (4c), 7. Zone of Special Educational and Development Needs – Class IV – VI (+ junior juniors – future classes VII – VIII) specialised classes for UCZ, courses for N and purchase of equipment (4a, 4b, 4c). The scope of the project and all tasks carried out within the framework of the project are consistent with the school diagnosis (p. 07.2017. approved by the prosecuting authority and in accordance with the establishment development plan. L’école primaire no 24 obtient des résultats scolaires inférieurs à la moyenne sur l’échelle de la voïvodie: épreuve de sixième année: 1. langue polonaise/mathématiques 50,52 % 2. Anglais 54,7 % L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter le niveau et la qualité de l’éducation, de compenser la disproportionnalité des compétences clés, sociales, numériques et le niveau de connaissance dans le domaine de la prénature, améliorant ainsi la performance des résultats des examens et une préparation plus complète. Apprendre à poursuivre l’éducation et, à l’avenir, à entrer sur le marché du travail. Le projet vise également à améliorer les qualifications du personnel employé dans l’institution. Grâce à la réalisation du projet, il sera possible de moderniser l’atelier naturel, d’acheter des outils informatiques modernes et des supports pédagogiques. Apprenez de la SPE pour créer de meilleures conditions d’apprentissage. Augmentation du zost. également l’efficacité de l’éducation. dans l’établissement. Le groupe cible est UCZ, N et l’installation elle-même. L’installation est située dans la zone de revitalisation. Parmi les tâches exécutées dans le cadre du projet figureront: 1. Zone de compétences clés — classes supplémentaires pour les étudiants et cours pour N (1a,1b), 2. Zone d’expérimentation — classes supplémentaires pour les étudiants et cours pour N (2b, 2c), 3. Zone d’expérimentation — achat de rénovations (2a), 4. Zone TIC — classes supplémentaires pour les étudiants et cours pour N (3b, 3c), 5. Zone TIC — achat de rénovations (3a), 6. Zone des besoins spéciaux en matière d’éducation et de développement — Classe I — III — Cours spéciaux pour les élèves (4c), 7. Zone des besoins spéciaux en matière d’éducation et de développement — Classe IV — VI (+ junior high — futures classes VII — VIII) classes spécialisées pour UCZ, cours de N et achat de matériel (4a, 4b, 4c). La portée du projet et toutes les tâches qu’il réalise sont cohérentes avec le diagnostic de l’école (pré. 07.2017) approuvé par l’autorité prow. et conformément au plan de développement de l’installation.
