Projekt jest działaniem służącym realizacji przyjętej przez ELTEM Sp. z o o. ogólnej strategii rozwoju firmy, ukierunkowanej na rozwój produktu i rynku. Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie wyników samodzielnie przeprowadzonych prac badawczo - rozwojowych. Cele operacyjne projektu to: 1) Uruchomienie produkcji nowego systemu sterowania, stanowiącego innowację produktową, 2) Wprowadzenie innowacji organizacyjnej, 3) Wzrost stopnia internacjonalizacji przedsiębiorstwa 4) Podjęcie współpracy z jednostką naukową Posiadamy wyniki własnych prac B+R, które dotyczą innowacyjnego systemu sterowania pracą maszyn rolniczych. Dzięki wdrożeniu tego rozwiązania poszerzymy ofertę wyrobów. Opracowany system sterowania jest znaczącym ulepszeniem już istniejących rozwiązań (opartych na systemie ISOBUS) polegającym na tym, że jednostką centralną odpowiedzialną za wykonywanie programu oraz przechowywanie informacji o parametrach i historii pracy maszyny rolniczej jest układ wykonawczy trwale połączony z maszyną. Pulpit sterowania jest tak zaprojektowany i oprogramowany, iż może być elementem wymiennym i współpracować z całą grupą układów wykonawczych. To sprawia, że system jest uniwersalny. Innowacja organizacyjna będzie polegała na zastosowaniu nowej metodyki optymalizacji procesów logistycznych w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym. Powyższe cele operacyjne zostaną zrealizowane dzięki rozbudowie istniejącego budynku produkcyjnego i zakupie niezbędnych maszyn, urządzeń i wyposażenia (w tym oprogramowania komputerowego). Uruchomimy produkcję, która dostarczy producentom maszyn rolniczych produkt pozytywnie wpływający na funkcjonowanie ich łańcucha wartości. Będą oni mogli zaoferować swoim klientom nowoczesne siewniki, owijarki i prasy. Dzięki temu wzmocnimy swoją pozycję konkurencyjną na rynku polskim i wejdziemy na nowy dla nas rynek Ukrainy. Projekt jest zgodny z obowiązującym prawem i respektuje wszystkie polityki horyzontalne Unii Europejskiej. (Polish)

The project is an action to implement the company’s overall development strategy, adopted by Eltem Sp. z o. o., aimed at product and market development. The main objective of the project is to implement the results of self-contained research and development. The operational objectives of the project are: 1) Launching the production of a new control system, which is a product innovation, 2) Introducing organisational innovation, 3) Increasing the degree of internationalisation of the enterprise 4) Commitment of cooperation with the scientific unit We have the results of our own R & D works, which concern the innovative system of control of agricultural machinery. Thanks to the implementation of this solution, we will expand our range of products. The developed control system is a significant improvement in existing solutions (based on ISOBUS) that the central unit responsible for the execution of the program and storing information about the parameters and history of the agricultural machine is the executive system permanently connected to the machine. The control panel is so designed and programmed that it can be interchangeable and cooperate with a whole group of executive systems. It makes the system universal. Organizational innovation will consist of applying a new methodology for optimising logistics processes in a manufacturing company. The above operational objectives will be achieved by expanding the existing production building and purchasing the necessary machines, equipment and equipment (including computer software). We will launch a production that will provide agricultural machinery manufacturers with a positive impact on the functioning of their value chain. They will be able to offer their customers modern seed drills, wrapping machines and presses. Thanks to this, we will strengthen our competitive position on the Polish market and enter the new Ukrainian market for us. Le projet est une activité visant à mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale de développement adoptée par ELTEM Sp. z o.o., visant le développement du produit et du marché. L’objectif principal du projet est de mettre en œuvre les résultats des travaux de recherche et de développement réalisés par eux-mêmes. Les objectifs opérationnels du projet sont les suivants: 1) Lancement de la production d’un nouveau système de contrôle, qui est une innovation de produit, 2) Introduction de l’innovation organisationnelle, 3) Augmentation du degré d’internationalisation de l’entreprise 4) Coopération avec l’unité scientifique Nous avons les résultats de nos propres travaux de R & D, qui concernent un système innovant de contrôle du travail des machines agricoles. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de cette solution, nous élargirons la gamme de produits. Le système de contrôle mis au point constitue une amélioration significative des solutions existantes (basées sur le système ISOBUS) par lesquelles l’unité centrale responsable de la mise en œuvre du programme et du stockage des informations sur les paramètres et l’historique de la machine agricole est le système d’exécution connecté en permanence à la machine. Le panneau de commande est conçu et logiciel afin qu’il puisse être un élément amovible et peut fonctionner avec tout un ensemble de systèmes d’exécution. Cela rend le système universel. L’innovation organisationnelle consistera à appliquer une nouvelle méthodologie pour optimiser les processus logistiques dans une entreprise de production. Ces objectifs opérationnels seront atteints par l’expansion du bâtiment de production existant et l’achat des machines, équipements et équipements nécessaires (y compris des logiciels). Nous lancerons une production qui fournira aux fabricants de machines agricoles un produit qui aura un impact positif sur le fonctionnement de leur chaîne de valeur. Ils seront en mesure d’offrir à leurs clients des semoirs modernes, des emballages et des presses. Grâce à cela, nous renforcerons notre position concurrentielle sur le marché polonais et nous entrerons sur le nouveau marché de l’Ukraine pour nous. Le projet est conforme au droit applicable et respecte toutes les politiques horizontales de l’Union européenne. (French)
