Przedmiotem projektu jest rozbudowa DW nr 714 na odcinku węzeł autostradowy Romanów–Brójce” od km 8+953,95 do km 13+044,50 wraz z infrastrukturą. Projekt przewiduje: - rozbiórkę istniejącej i budowę nowej konstrukcji nawierzchni wraz z niezbędnymi korektami trasy i niwelety, - rozbudowę skrzyżowań, - budowę zatok autobusowych, - budowę chodników i ciągów pieszo - rowerowych, - budowę i przebudowę zjazdów, - odtworzenie i regulacje rowów przydrożnych, - budowę kanalizacji deszczowej, - budowę oświetlenia, - przebudowę sieci: teletechnicznej, wodociągowej, energetycznej i oświetleniowej, kolidujących z inwestycją. W ramach projektu realizowane będą usługi związane z: - dokumentacją techniczną, - studium wykonalności - nadzorem autorskim, - promocją projektu - wykonanie tablic informacyjnych/pamiątkowych, Projektowane parametry Dw Nr 714 zostały opisane w studium wykonalności. Celami szczegółowymi projektu, rozumianymi jako korzyści osiągane bezpośrednio po realizacji projektu są: - poprawa: jakości infrastruktury, bezpieczeństwa w zakresie wymijania pieszych i rowerzystów, warunków działalności istniejących podmiotów gospodarczych, estetyki krajobrazu, wizerunku regionu, bezpieczeństwa ruchu i bezpieczeństwa pieszych, - zmniejszenie kosztów utrzymania infrastruktury, - niższe koszty eksploatacji pojazdów samochodowych, - niższa: emisja toksycznych składników spalin, emisja hałasu i wibracji, - skrócenie czasu przejazdu i zwiększenie komfortu podróży, - zwiększenie atrakcyjności gospodarczej i inwestycyjnej, mobilności mieszkańców (m.in. chodniki), - obniżenie emisji zanieczyszczeń komunikacyjnych odprowadzanych do gleby i wód, - wykorzystanie potencjału inwestycyjnego. Realizacja inwestycji służyć będzie zarówno mieszkańcom, którzy w celach zawodowych lub rekreacyjnych korzystają z niej, jak i osobom, przybywającym spoza regionu. Użytkownikami drogi są także przewoźnicy, kierowcy zawodowi, przedsiębiorcy, turyści przejeżdżający DW 714. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the extension of DW No. 714 on the section of the Romanów-Brójce motorway junction" from km 8 + 953.95 to km 13 + 044.50 with infrastructure. The project envisages: — demolition of the existing and construction of a new pavement structure together with necessary corrections of the route and levelets, – extension of junctions, – construction of bus bays, – construction of walkways and cycle tracks, – construction and reconstruction of exits, – reconstruction and regulation of road ditches, – construction of rainwater drainage, – construction of lighting, – reconstruction of the network: telecommunication, water supply, energy and lighting, conflicting with investment. The project will provide services related to: — technical documentation, – feasibility study – author supervision, – project promotion – making information/memorative tables, Designed parameters Dw No. 714 have been described in the feasibility study. The specific objectives of the project, understood as benefits immediately after the implementation of the project, shall be: — improvement: quality of infrastructure, safety in the field of pedestrians and cyclists, operating conditions of existing economic operators, landscape aesthetics, regional image, traffic safety and pedestrian safety, – reduction of infrastructure maintenance costs, – lower operating costs of motor vehicles, – lower: emissions of toxic exhaust components, noise and vibration emissions, – reduction of travel time and comfort of travel, – increasing economic and investment attractiveness, mobility of residents (e.g. pavements), – reduction of emissions of transport pollutants discharged to soil and water, – utilisation of investment potential. The implementation of the investment will serve both residents who use it for professional or recreational purposes, as well as those arriving from outside the region. The road users are also carriers, professional drivers, entrepreneurs, tourists passing through DW 714. (English)

Le projet concerne l’extension du DW 714 sur l’intersection de l’autoroute Romanów-Brójce du km 8 + 953,95 au km 13 + 044,50 avec infrastructure. Le projet prévoit: — démolition d’existants et construction de nouvelles chaussées avec aménagements nécessaires de routage et de nivellement, — extension des intersections, construction de baies d’autobus, — construction de passerelles et de pistes cyclables, — construction et reconstruction des sorties, — restauration et régulation des fossés routiers, — construction de drains de pluie, — construction d’éclairage, — reconstruction du réseau: télétechnique, approvisionnement en eau, énergie et éclairage, qui interfèrent avec l’investissement. Le projet fournira des services liés à: — documentation technique, — étude de faisabilité — supervision du droit d’auteur, — promotion du projet — mise en œuvre de conseils d’information/mémoires, paramètres conçus Dw no 714 sont décrits dans l’étude de faisabilité. Les objectifs spécifiques du projet, considérés comme des avantages immédiatement après la mise en œuvre du projet, sont les suivants: — amélioration: la qualité des infrastructures, la sécurité des piétons et des cyclistes, les conditions d’exploitation des opérateurs existants, l’esthétique du paysage, l’image régionale, la sécurité routière et la sécurité des piétons, — la réduction des coûts d’entretien de l’infrastructure, — la réduction des coûts d’exploitation des véhicules à moteur, — une diminution: les émissions de composants toxiques de gaz d’échappement, les émissions sonores et vibratoires, — la réduction des temps de trajet et l’augmentation du confort de déplacement, — l’augmentation de l’attractivité économique et de l’investissement, la mobilité des résidents (par exemple, les trottoirs), — la réduction des émissions de polluants des transports rejetés dans le sol et dans l’eau, — l’exploitation du potentiel d’investissement. L’investissement sera mis en œuvre à la fois pour les résidents qui l’utilisent à des fins professionnelles ou récréatives, ainsi que pour les personnes venant de l’extérieur de la région. Les usagers de la route sont également des transporteurs, des conducteurs professionnels, des entrepreneurs, des touristes qui passent DW 714. (French)
