Rozbudowa DW240 na analizowanych odcinkach(16,5km), ma na celu kompleksową rozbudowę pasa drogowego, m.in.: wzmocnienie istniejącej nawierzchni w miejscach poszerzeń i korekty łuków poziomych, wykonanie nowej konstrukcji nawierzchni, rozbudowę skrzyżowań, przebudowę i budowę nowych zatok autobusowych, budowę chodników, korektę nienormatywnych parametrów technicznych (łuków poziomych i pionowych), korektę niwelety drogi, przebudowę i budowę nowych przepustów, budowę kanalizacji deszczowej, rozbudowę i budowę nowego oświetlenia, wykonanie oznakowania. Projekt przewiduje wykonanie nowego odcinka DW240, stanowiący obwodnicę m.Płazowo.Wzdłuż całego odcinka zaprojektowano ciąg pieszo-rowerowy. Inwestycja, ma na celu zwiększenie dostępności transportowej dróg województwa, zwłaszcza połączenia dróg regionu z zew. ukł. komunikacyjnym, w tym siecią TEN-T. Celami szczegółowymi są:-popr. komunikacji pomiędzy ośrodkami powiatowymi Chojnice-Tuchola-Świecie;-popr. bezp. ruchu drogowego oraz warunków jazdy-popr. warunków do rozwoju przedsiębiorczości poprzez zwiększenie łatwości dojazdu do drogiS-5 -dost. istniejącej drogi do przeniesienia zwiększonego ruchu pojazdów, w tym pojazdów ciężarowych;-doprowadzenie istniejącej drogi do zgodności z warunkami technicznymi stawianymi drodze klasyG.DW240 zapewnia łączność regionu z zewnętrznym układem komunikacyjnym (w tym TEN-T poprzez DK 91 i S5 w Świeciu i z DK 22 w Chojnicach). Ponadto DW240 ma duże znaczenie dla połączenia występujących wzdłuż niej miejscowości z miastami powiatowymi Tuchola i Świecie oraz wpłynie na usprawnienie połączenia miasta subregionalnego Chojnic z miastem wojewódzkim Toruniem i usprawni komunikację między ośrodkiem gosp. w Świeciu a ośrodkami aktywności gosp. w Tucholi i Chojnicach.Inwestycja przyczyni się do realizacji wskaźników:a) produktu: Dł.przebudowanych dróg wojewódzkich–16,5 km;b) produktu: Liczba wybudowanych obwodnic – 1 szt.c) rezultatu: Wskaźnik nośności drogi wojewódzkiej–100 kN. The extension of DW240 on analysed sections (16.5 km), aims at comprehensive expansion of the road lane, among others: reinforcement of the existing surface in places of extensions and correction of horizontal arches, construction of new paving structure, extension of junctions, reconstruction and construction of new bus bays, construction of pavements, correction of non-normative technical parameters (horizontal and vertical arches), road level correction, reconstruction and construction of new culverts, construction of rainwater drainage, extension and construction of new lighting, marking. The project envisages the construction of a new section of DW240, which is the Płazowo bypass. The investment is aimed at increasing the transport accessibility of the roads of the voivodship, especially the connection of the regional roads with the so-called communication system, including the TEN-T network. The specific objectives are:-provisions of communication between district centres Chojnice-Tuchola-Świat;-provision of road-free traffic in the region and conditions of driving-proportional conditions for the development of entrepreneurship by increasing the ease of access to the roadS-5 -dost. In addition, DW240 is important for connecting the towns along it with the district towns of Tuchola and Świecie and will improve the connection of the sub-regional city of Chojnic with the provincial city of Toruń and the communication between the gosp. centre in Świecie and the centres of gosp. in Tuchola and Chojnice.The investment will contribute to the realisation of the indicators:(a) of the product: Length of reconstructed voivodship roads-16.5 km;b) of product: Number of built bypasses – 1 pcs of the result: The load capacity index of the voivodship road-100 kN. L’extension du DW240 sur les tronçons analysés (16,5 km) vise une extension complète de la voie routière, comprenant: renforcement des chaussées existantes dans les zones d’extensions et de corrections d’arcs horizontaux, nouvelle construction de trottoirs, extension des intersections, reconstruction et construction de nouvelles baies d’autobus, construction de trottoirs, correction de paramètres techniques non standard (arcs horizontaux et verticaux), correction du niveau de la route, reconstruction et construction de nouveaux ponceaux, construction de drains de pluie, extension et construction de nouveaux éclairages, mise en œuvre de signalisation. Le projet prévoit la construction d’une nouvelle section de la DW240, qui est le contournement de la ville de Płazowo.Sur toute la section, une piste piétonne-vélo a été conçue. L’investissement vise à améliorer l’accessibilité du transport des routes de la voïvodie, en particulier la liaison entre les routes de la région et d’autres liaisons de transport, y compris le réseau RTE-T.
