W okresie realizacji projektu przedsięwzięcie będzie polegało na przeprowadzeniu działań inwestycyjnych a w okresie trwałości projektu zostaną przeprowadzone prace badawczo-rozwojowe. Działania inwestycyjne będą polegały na przygotowaniu i modernizacji hali pod potrzeby działu badawczo-rozwojowego oraz wyposażeniu go w niezbędną maszynę badawczą oraz komputery, oprogramowanie i serwer. Działania inwestycyjne obejmują:1. Przygotowanie i modernizację hali na potrzeby działu badań i rozwoju (roboty budowlane)a) Adaptacja części budynku nie wykorzystywanego do tej pory (poddasze) na pomieszczenia biurowe dla nowych stanowisk B+R oraz pomieszczeń socjalnychb) Przebudowa hali polegająca na przeniesieniu pomieszczeń socjalnych na wyższą kondygnację i w ich miejscu stworzenie pomieszczenia na maszynę badawcząc) Roboty budowlane związane z zamontowaniem instalacji elektrycznych, wod.-kan. oraz c.o.2. Wyposażenie w niezbędny sprzęt badawczy, komputery i oprogramowanie dla pracowników zatrudnionych przy projekciea) Zakup maszyny badawczejb) Zakup oprogramowania umożliwiającego tworzenie narzędzi projektowych w oparciu o wyniki badańc) Zakup oprogramowania dla zespołu działu badawczo-rozwojowego do kontaktów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych. Program komputerowy zarządzający procesami badawczymi łączący wyniki badań z innymi podmiotami i jednostkami naukowymid) Zakup 8 stacji komputerowych dla zespołu działu badawczo-rozwojowegoe) Zakup serwera na potrzeby działu badawczo-rozwojowegoPrzedsięwzięcie w okresie trwałości projektu będzie obejmowało prace badawcze. Projekt będzie miał na celu przeprowadzenie badań i testów, które umożliwią zastąpienie sklejki wykorzystywanej do produkcji wykrojników nowocześniejszym i bardziej odpornym na czynniki zewnętrzne materiałem. W wyniku realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca wprowadzi na rynek 3 produkty będące udoskonaloną, innowacyjną wersją aktualnie produkowanych wykrojników. The project will aim to carry out tests and tests to replace plywood used for the production of cutters with a more modern and more resistant material. As a result of the project, the Applicant will introduce 3 products that are an improved, innovative version of the currently produced dies. Programme informatique de gestion des processus de recherche combinant les résultats de la recherche avec d’autres entités et unités scientifiquesd) Achat de 8 postes informatiques pour l’équipe de R-D) L’achat d’un serveur pour le département de R-DLe projet pendant la durée du projet comprendra des travaux de recherche. Le projet visera à réaliser des études et des essais pour remplacer le contreplaqué utilisé pour la production de matrices par un matériau plus moderne et plus résistant. À la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet, la requérante lancera sur le marché trois produits qui constituent une version améliorée et innovante des matrices actuellement fabriquées.
