Suplementy diety to, zgodnie z ustawą o warunkach zdrowotnych żywności i żywienia, środki spożywcze, które mają uzupełniać normalną dietę, są skoncentrowanym źródłem witamin, składników mineralnych i innych substancji wykazujących efekt odżywczy lub inny fizjologiczny. Są wprowadzane do obrotu w opakowaniach jednostkowych w formie umożliwiającej dawkowanie, a więc w postaci proszków, mieszanek, tabletek, drażetek, syropów itp. Podstawą suplementacji biologicznej jest wykorzystanie związków roślinnych, zwłaszcza nasion. Ze względu na zawartość w nich cennych związków, istotne jest takie prowadzenie procesu preparacji lub przygotowania suplementów, aby zachować wszelkie związki w postaci pierwotnej. W tym przypadku istotne jest dla procesu: brak wzrostu temperatury powyżej 27oC, brak emisji oleju, tłuszczu, olejków eterycznych i innych związków – co wszystko w konsekwencji może doprowadzić do zubożenia mineralnego produktów. Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie badań laboratoryjnych procesu rozdrabniania różnych nasion, zwłaszcza z dużą zawartością tłuszczu, olejków eterycznych i mikro związków organicznych, w celu wykorzystania ich w preparacji i przygotowaniu prozdrowotnych suplementacji diety, w żywieniu człowieka, w oparciu o innowacyjną konstrukcję rozdrabniacza. Celem realizacji projektu jest uzyskanie produktu (urządzenia i maszyny) oraz dokumentacji technicznej i technologicznej prototypu linii technologicznej do rozdrabniania, przetwarzania, również konfekcjonowania cennych biologicznie nasion ( o określonej zawartości witamin i składników mineralnych oraz ich form chemicznych) do wykorzystania w produkcji suplementacji diety. They are placed on the market in prepackages in a dosing form, i.e. powders, mixtures, tablets, drips, syrups, etc. The basis of biological supplementation is the use of plant compounds, especially seeds. Due to the content of valuable compounds, it is important to conduct the process of preparation or preparation of supplements in order to preserve all compounds in the original form. In this case, it is important for the process: no increase in temperature above 27 °C, no emissions of oil, fat, essential oils and other compounds – all of which can lead to mineral depletion of the products. The subject of the project is to carry out laboratory tests of the process of crushing various seeds, especially with high fat content, essential oils and micro organic compounds, in order to use them in the preparation and preparation of health-promoting dietary supplementation, in human nutrition, based on the innovative construction of the crusher. The aim of the project is to obtain the product (equipment and machinery) and technical and technological documentation of the prototype of the technological line for shredding, processing, also the preparation of biologically valuable seeds (defined content of vitamins and minerals and their chemical forms) for use in the production of dietary supplementation. Conformément à la loi sur les conditions sanitaires des aliments et de la nutrition, les compléments alimentaires sont une source concentrée de vitamines, de minéraux et d’autres substances ayant un effet nutritionnel ou physiologique. Ils sont mis sur le marché en préemballages sous forme posologique, c’est-à-dire sous forme de poudres, de mélanges, de comprimés, de hochets, de sirops, etc. La base de la supplémentation biologique est l’utilisation de composés végétaux, en particulier les semences. En raison de la teneur en composés précieux, il est essentiel de mener un processus de préparation ou de préparation de suppléments pour conserver tous les composés dans leur forme originale. Dans ce cas, il est important pour le processus: Pas d’augmentation de la température au-dessus de 27 °C, pas d’émissions d’huile, de graisse, d’huiles essentielles et d’autres composés — ce qui peut entraîner l’épuisement des produits minéraux. L’objet du projet est de réaliser des tests de laboratoire sur le processus de déchiquetage de diverses semences, notamment à forte teneur en graisses, huiles essentielles et composés micro-organiques, afin de les utiliser dans la préparation et la préparation de compléments alimentaires favorisant la santé, en nutrition humaine, sur la base de la structure innovante du déchiqueteur.
