Projekt przyczyni się do podniesienia jakości usług edukacyjnych na Uniwersytecie im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu w powiązaniu z wymogami rynku pracy i budowaniem gospodarki opartej na wiedzy poprzez wdrożenie nowego dualnego programu kształcenia na kierunku Zarządzanie Państwem dla 70 studentów oraz zwiększenie zaangażowania przedstawicieli otoczenia społeczno-gospodarczego w realizację programu kształcenia w okresie 01.2019-10.2022.W ramach jednego pełnego cyklu kształcenia 70 studentów zrealizuje dualny program kształcenia o profilu praktycznym z możliwością wyboru jednej z 4 specjalności (Administracja publiczna, Zarządzanie projektami i funduszami UE, Zarzadzanie wizerunkiem w instytucjach publicznych, Zarządzanie kryzysowe). W ramach realizacji ww. programu studiów każdy ze ST odbędzie 15m-cy stażu u pracodawcy. (Polish)

The project will contribute to improving the quality of educational services at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań in conjunction with the requirements of the labour market and building the knowledge economy by implementing a new dual programme of education in the field of State Management for 70 students and increasing the involvement of representatives of the socio-economic environment in the implementation of the education programme in the period 01.2019-10.2022.Within a single full cycle of education, 70 students will implement a dual programme of training with the possibility of choosing one of the 4 specialties (EU public administration and project management). As part of the implementation of the above-mentioned study programme, each ST will hold 15 months of an internship with the employer. (English)

Le projet contribuera à améliorer la qualité des services éducatifs de l’université Adam Mickiewicz de Poznań en lien avec les exigences du marché du travail et à la construction d’une économie de la connaissance en mettant en œuvre un nouveau programme double dans le domaine de la gestion de l’État pour 70 étudiants et en renforçant la participation des représentants de l’environnement socio-économique à la mise en œuvre du programme d’éducation au cours de la période 01.2019-10.2022.Dans un cycle complet d’enseignement, 70 étudiants mettront en œuvre un programme de formation en alternance avec un profil pratique avec la possibilité de choisir l’une des quatre spécialités (administration publique, gestion du projet et des fonds de l’UE, gestion des images dans les institutions publiques, gestion des crises). Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du programme d’études susmentionné, chaque ST effectuera 15 mois de stage auprès de l’employeur. (French)
