Projekt obejmuje modernizację linii kolejowej E 65 na odcinku Warszawa – Gdynia w zakresie warstwy nadrzędnej LCS, ERTMS/ETCS/GSM-R, DSAT oraz zasilania układu trakcyjnego odcinka linii nr 9 i linii nr 202 na długości 338 km. Realizacja projektu została podzielona na: - FAZĘ I – roboty/usługi planowane do wykonania w ramach POIiŚ 2007-2013 - FAZĘ II – roboty/usługi planowane do wykonania w ramach POIiŚ 2014-2020 Projekt ma na celu usprawnienie transportu pasażerskiego w korytarzu Morze Bałtyckie – Morze Adriatyckie sieci bazowej TEN-T, poprawę stanu środowiska w otoczeniu linii kolejowej E 65 oraz zwiększenie stopnia wykorzystania transportu kolejowego w transporcie pasażerskim. Projekt jest uwzględniony w dokumencie „Master Plan dla Transportu Kolejowego w Polsce do 2030 roku” (sierpień 2008 r.) i objęty priorytetem „usprawnienie przewozów pasażerów i ładunków w korytarzach transeuropejskiej sieci transportowej (TEN-T)”. Linia kolejowa E 65 na odcinku Warszawa – Działdowo – Gdynia jest częścią podstawowej sieci kolejowej państwa, stanowiąc element korytarza kolejowego Morze Bałtyckie – Morze Adriatyckie sieci TEN-T oraz 23 Projektu Priorytetowego (PP 23) sieci TEN-T. Zakres przedmiotowy Projektu obejmuje wykonanie dokumentacji technicznej oraz przeprowadzenie robót budowlanych w zakresie: • Zabudowy warstwy nadrzędnej urządzeń sterowania ruchem kolejowym w 8 LCS-ach • Zabudowy systemu ERTMS/ETCS Poziom 2 • Zabudowy systemu ERTMS/GSM-R • Zabudowy urządzeń DSAT • Modernizacji systemu zasilania trakcji (Polish)

The project includes modernisation of the E 65 railway line between Warsaw and Gdynia in the scope of the LCS master layer, ERTMS/ETCS/GSM-R, DSAT and supply of the traction system of line 9 and line 202 over a length of 338 km. The implementation of the project was divided into: — Phase I – works/services planned to be carried out under OPIiŚ 2007-2013 – Phase II – works/services planned under the OPI 2014-2020 The project aims to improve passenger transport in the Baltic Sea – Adriatic Sea core TEN-T corridor, improve the environment in the surroundings of the E 65 rail line and increase the use of rail transport in passenger transport. The project is included in the document “Master Plan for Rail Transport in Poland until 2030” (August 2008) and included the priority ‘improvement of passenger and cargo transport services in the corridors of the trans-European transport network (TEN-T)’. The railway line E 65 on the Warsaw – Działdowo- Gdynia section is part of the state’s basic rail network, forming part of the railway corridor of the Baltic Sea – Adriatic Sea TEN-T network and 23 of the Priority Project (PP 23) of the TEN-T network. The scope of the Project includes the execution of technical documentation and the execution of construction works in the scope of: • Buildings of the overhead layer of traffic control devices in 8 LCS • ERTMS/ETCS system installation Level 2 • ERTMS/GSM-R system installation • DSAT installation • Modernisation of traction supply system (English)

Le projet comprend la modernisation de la ligne de chemin de fer E 65 du tronçon Varsovie-Gdynia en ce qui concerne le LCS, l’ERTMS/ETCS/GSM-R, le DSAT et l’alimentation du système de traction des lignes no 9 et 202 sur une longueur de 338 km. La mise en œuvre du projet a été divisée en: — Phase I — Travaux/services prévus dans le cadre des OPI & E 2007-2013 — FASA II — Travaux/services prévus pour l’OPI & E 2014-2020 Le projet vise à améliorer le transport de voyageurs dans le corridor Baltique-Adriatique du réseau central du RTE-T, à améliorer l’environnement entourant la ligne ferroviaire E 65 et à accroître l’utilisation du transport ferroviaire dans le transport de voyageurs. Le projet est inclus dans le document «Plan directeur pour le transport ferroviaire en Pologne jusqu’en 2030» (août 2008) et est couvert par la priorité «Améliorer le transport de passagers et de fret sur les corridors du réseau transeuropéen de transport (RTE-T)». La ligne ferroviaire E 65 sur le tronçon Varsovie — Działdowo — Gdynia fait partie du réseau ferroviaire de base de l’État, faisant partie du corridor ferroviaire Baltique — Adriatique — RTE-T et 23 du projet prioritaire RTE-T (PP 23). Le champ d’application du projet couvre l’exécution de la documentation technique et l’exécution des travaux de construction dans les domaines suivants: • Installation de la couche maîtresse de l’équipement de contrôle de la circulation ferroviaire dans 8 LCS • installation du système ERTMS/ETCS Niveau 2 • installation ERTMS/GSM-R • raccords DSAT • Mise à niveau du système d’alimentation en traction (French)
