Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój, 2014-2020 (Dz. U. z 2018 r. poz. 871, z późn. zm.), numer referencyjny programu pomocowego SA.42799(2015/X). Przedmiotem projektu jest wsparcie przedsiębiorstwa DARMAR w przeprowadzeniu profesjonalnego procesu projektowego mającego na celu opracowanie nowych profesjonalnych usług z obszaru czystości oraz ich wdrożenia na rynek: 1) automatycznej pralni dywanów połączonej z suszarnią oraz 2) usługi automatycznego czyszczenia powierzchni płaskich. Efektem projektu będzie wdrożenie na rynek 2 nowych profesjonalnie zaprojektowanych usług, które przyczynią się do poszerzenia oferty przedsiębiorstwa o usługi o wysokiej wartości dodanej wynikającej z autorskich projektów i współpracy z projektantami. W ramach projektu przewidziano następujące działania: 1. Wstępny audyt (audyt przeprowadzono w sierpniu 2018r. przed rozpoczęciem projektu) – na podstawie którego określono potrzeby i potencjał przedsiębiorstwa w zakresie designu usług. 2. Projektowanie usług – analiza i synteza danych prowadząca do wypracowania projektów 2 nowych usług obejmująca: pogłębioną analizę sytuacji przedsiębiorstwa, opracowanie wstępnych projektów usług, badania konsumenckie, opracowanie finalnych projektów usług i ich dokumentacji. 3. Wdrożenie usług – przeprowadzenie doradztwa niezbędnego do wdrożenia zaprojektowanych w projekcie usług: badania rynku i strategia marketingowa, model finansowy, wsparcie w doborze i zakupie maszyn i urządzeń oraz wsparcie we wdrożeniu usług. W zadania zaplanowano również inwestycje niezbędne do wdrożenia usług. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 1 października 2018 do 31 grudnia 2019 roku. Reference number of the aid programme: Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for the Development of Enterprise under the Operational Programme Intelligent Development, 2014-2020 (Dz. U. of 2018, item. 871, as amended), reference number of the aid scheme SA.42799(2015/X). The subject of the project is to support DARMAR in carrying out a professional design process aimed at developing new professional cleaning services and their implementation on the market: 1) automatic carpet cleaning combined with a dryer and 2) automatic cleaning of flat surfaces. The project will result in the implementation of 2 new professionally designed services on the market, which will contribute to expanding the company’s offer to include services with high added value resulting from copyrighted projects and cooperation with designers. The project envisages the following activities: 1. Preliminary audit (audit was carried out in August 2018 before the start of the project) – on the basis of which the company’s needs and potential for the design of services were identified. 2. Service design – analysis and data synthesis leading to the development of projects of 2 new services including: in-depth analysis of the company’s situation, development of initial service projects, consumer research, final service projects and their documentation. 3. Implementation of services – providing advice necessary for the implementation of the services designed in the project: market research and marketing strategy, financial model, support in the selection and purchase of machinery and equipment, and support in the implementation of services. The tasks also include the investments necessary for the implementation of services. The project will be implemented in the period from 1 October 2018 to 31 December 2019. L’objectif du projet est de soutenir Darmar dans la réalisation d’un processus de conception professionnelle visant à développer de nouveaux services professionnels de propreté et leur mise en œuvre sur le marché: 1) buanderie automatique de tapis combiné avec salle de séchage, et 2) nettoyage automatique des surfaces plates. Le résultat du projet sera la mise en œuvre de 2 nouveaux services de conception professionnelle sur le marché, ce qui contribuera à élargir l’offre de l’entreprise avec des services à haute valeur ajoutée résultant de projets originaux et de la coopération avec les concepteurs. Le projet prévoit les activités suivantes: 1. Audit initial (l’audit a été effectué en août 2018 avant le début du projet) — sur la base duquel les besoins et le potentiel de l’entreprise dans la conception des services ont été identifiés. 2. Conception de services — analyse et synthèse des données conduisant au développement de 2 nouveaux projets de services, dont: une analyse approfondie de la situation de l’entreprise, le développement de projets de services préliminaires, des enquêtes auprès des consommateurs, le développement de projets de services finaux et leur documentation. 3. Mise en œuvre des services — fourniture des conseils nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des services conçus dans le cadre du projet: étude de marché et stratégie de commercialisation, modèle financier, soutien à la sélection et à l’achat de machines et d’équipements et soutien à la mise en œuvre des services. Les investissements nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des services sont également prévus. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 1er octobre 2018 au 31 décembre 2019.
