his EXODIAGNOS project proposal addresses the development of novel approach for tumor diagnostics. A new selective, early-stage, non-invasive, express cancer diagnostic procedure utilizing exosomal vesiclesand their content recognition by specially designed narrow bandwidth active/passive nano- andmicrophotonic sensors will be proposed for clinical trials.Our approach is based on three recently suggested novelties.(i) Recognition of exosomal biomarkers surface and intravesicular proteins and mRNA and DNA nucleic acids as tumor markers.(ii) Amplitude and phase detection methods using narrow band localized plasmonic resonances and resonances in microcavities, to make a breakthrough in the sensitivity and selectivity of the respective bioand environmental sensors.(iii) Ultra-sensitive detection promised by Active Plasmonic Platform (quantum emitters coupled with the plasmonic nanoresonators and/or microresonators). sa proposition de projet EXODIAGNOS porte sur le développement d’une nouvelle approche pour le diagnostic tumoral. Une nouvelle procédure sélective, précoce et non invasive, de diagnostic express du cancer utilisant des vésicules exosomiques et leur reconnaissance de leur contenu par des capteurs nano- et microphotoniques actifs/passifs à bande étroite spécialement conçus seront proposées pour les essais cliniques. Notre approche est basée sur trois nouveautés récemment suggérées.(i) Reconnaissance des biomarqueurs exosomiques de surface et des protéines intravesiculaires et des acides nucléiques mRNA et ADN comme marqueurs tumoraux.(ii) Méthodes de détection d’amplitude et de phase utilisant des résonances plasmiques localisées à bande étroite et des résonances dans les microcavités, afin de faire une percée dans la sensibilité et la sélection des micro-émetteurs de l’environnement.
