Проектното предложение предвижда изграждане на Център за компетентност "Интелигентни мехатронни, eко- и енергоспестяващи системи и технологии" (ЦК ИМЕЕСТ) чрез обединяване усилията на седем водещи научни организации и университетеи в България за повишаване нивото на провежданите от тях научни изследвания и успешната комерсиализация на получените резултати в приоритетна за българската икономика област „Мехатроника и чисти технологии“, определена в Иновационната стратегия за интелигентна специализация 2014 – 2020 (ИСИС).Основната дейност, залегнала в проектното предложение, е извършване на пазарно-ориентирани научни изследвания от водещи изследователи и техните екипи в две направления: „Интелигентни мехатронни системи и технологии“ и „Енергоспестяващи системи и чисти технологии“. За успешното изпълнение проектът предвижда като първи етап реконструкция и модернизиране на сгради или части от тях заедно със закупуване, инсталиране и въвеждане в експлоатация на високотехнологично оборудване, специализиран софтуер, инструментариум и обзавеждане, което да спомогне за обособяването и функционирането им в лаборатории, обучителни зали и работни помещения – части от Център за компетентност, който е от интерес за Европа. Едновременно с това ще се изпълняват и дейности по привличане на водещи изследователи и специалисти от България и чужбина, които да работят съвместно, да обменят идеи и опит при научните изследвания и при обучаването на следващи поколения научни работници. Резултатите от провежданите в ЦК научни изследвания ще бъдат широко оповестени в международни научни списания, на симпозиуми, семинари и конференции. Тази част от тях, която има непосредствено практическо приложение или представява експериментално развитие на техниката и технологиите, ще бъде предоставена на Комитета за трансфер на технологии за координиране на дейности по защита правата по интелектуална собственост и последващата им комерсиализация. The project proposal provides for the establishment of a Competence Centre “Smart Mechatronic, Eco- and Energy Saving Systems and Technologies” (SKMEEST) by bringing together the efforts of seven leading scientific organisations and universities in Bulgaria to increase the level of research carried out by them and the successful commercialisation of the results obtained in the priority area for the Bulgarian economy “Mechatronics and Clean Technologies”, defined in the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation 2014-2020 (ISIS).The main activity underlying the project proposal is the implementation of market-oriented research by leading researchers and their teams in two directions: Smart Mechatronic Systems and Technologies and Energy Saving Systems and Clean Technologies. For the successful implementation, the project envisages as a first stage reconstruction and modernisation of buildings or parts thereof, together with the purchase, installation and commissioning of high-tech equipment, specialised software, tools and furnishings to help establish and operate them in laboratories, training rooms and workspaces — parts of a Competence Centre of interest to Europe. At the same time, activities will be carried out to attract leading researchers and specialists from Bulgaria and abroad to work together, exchange ideas and experience in research and training of next generations of researchers. The results of the research carried out in CCPs will be widely disclosed in international scientific journals, symposia, seminars and conferences. That part, which has direct practical application or presents experimental technological and technological developments, will be made available to the Technology Transfer Committee for the coordination of intellectual property rights protection activities and their subsequent commercialisation. La proposition de projet prévoit la création d’un centre de compétences «Smart Mechatronic, Eco- and Energy Saving Systems and Energy Saving Systems» (SKMEEST) en réunissant les efforts de sept grandes organisations scientifiques et universités bulgares pour accroître le niveau de recherche qu’elles mènent et la commercialisation réussie des résultats obtenus dans le domaine prioritaire de l’économie bulgare «Mechatronics and Clean Technologies», défini dans la stratégie d’innovation pour la spécialisation intelligente 2014-2020 (ISIS).La principale activité qui sous-tend la proposition de projet est la mise en œuvre de recherches axées sur le marché par des chercheurs de premier plan et leurs équipes dans deux directions: Systèmes et technologies méchatroniques intelligents, systèmes d’économie d’énergie et technologies propres. Pour une mise en œuvre réussie, le projet envisage comme première étape la reconstruction et la modernisation de bâtiments ou de parties de bâtiments, ainsi que l’achat, l’installation et la mise en service d’équipements de haute technologie, de logiciels spécialisés, d’outils et d’ameublements pour les aider à les installer et à les exploiter dans des laboratoires, des salles de formation et des espaces de travail — parties d’un centre de compétences intéressant l’Europe. Dans le même temps, des activités seront menées pour attirer des chercheurs et des spécialistes de premier plan de Bulgarie et d’étranger pour travailler ensemble, échanger des idées et des expériences dans le domaine de la recherche et de la formation des prochaines générations de chercheurs. Les résultats des recherches menées dans les CCP seront largement diffusés dans des revues scientifiques internationales, des colloques, des séminaires et des conférences. Cette partie, qui a une application pratique directe ou présente des progrès technologiques et technologiques expérimentaux, sera mise à la disposition du Comité du transfert de technologie pour coordonner les activités de protection des droits de propriété intellectuelle et leur commercialisation ultérieure. Der Projektvorschlag sieht die Einrichtung eines Kompetenzzentrums „Smart Mechatronic, Eco- and Energy Saving Systems and Technologies“ (SKMEEST) vor, indem sieben führende wissenschaftliche Organisationen und Universitäten in Bulgarien zusammengeführt werden, um das Forschungsniveau dieser Unternehmen zu erhöhen und die Ergebnisse im vorrangigen Bereich der bulgarischen Wirtschaft „Mechatronik und saubere Technologien“ in der Innovationsstrategie für intelligente Spezialisierung 2014-2020 (ISIS) erfolgreich zu vermarkten. Intelligente mechatronische Systeme und Technologien und Energiesparsysteme und saubere Technologien. Für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung sieht das Projekt als erste Stufe die Sanierung und Modernisierung von Gebäuden oder Teilen davon vor, zusammen mit dem Kauf, der Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Hightech-Geräten, spezialisierten Software, Werkzeugen und Möbeln, um sie in Labors, Schulungsräumen und Arbeitsräumen zu etablieren und zu betreiben – Teile eines für Europa interessanten Kompetenzzentrums. Gleichzeitig werden Aktivitäten durchgeführt, um führende Forscher und Spezialisten aus Bulgarien und dem Ausland zu gewinnen, um gemeinsam zusammenzuarbeiten, Ideen und Erfahrungen in der Forschung und Ausbildung der nächsten Forschergenerationen auszutauschen. Die Ergebnisse der in CCPs durchgeführten Forschung werden in internationalen wissenschaftlichen Zeitschriften, Symposien, Seminaren und Konferenzen weit verbreitet. Dieser Teil, der unmittelbar praktische Anwendung findet oder experimentelle technologische und technologische Entwicklungen vorstellt, wird dem Ausschuss für Technologietransfer zur Koordinierung der Maßnahmen zum Schutz der Rechte des geistigen Eigentums und ihrer anschließenden Vermarktung zur Verfügung gestellt.
