Проект " Реализация чрез интеграция в Община Вълчи дол" ще позволи по взаимодопълващ се начин да бъдат използвани възможностите на двете оперативни програми – Оперативна програма „Развитие на човешките ресурси” 2014-2020 и Оперативна програма „Наука и образование за интелигентен растеж” 2014-2020 г. Мобилизирането на ресурс от различни източници в изпълнение на важни за общината приоритети е инструмент за търсене решение на проблемите в общината за разрешаване на икономически и социални проблеми. Реализирането на проекта предлага задълбочен и последователен подход. С оглед интегрираният характер на дейностите, включени в проектно предложение, те са подчинени на една цялостна визия за създаване на траен модел за сътрудничество на местно ниво, с участието на всички институции, партньори и асоциирани партньори, работещи в тази област на местно ниво. Проектът предлага дейности с включени съществуващи услуги и структури, с цел осигуряване устойчивост на мерките.Интегрираните мерки са сведени до ниво ползвател (представител на целевите групи) като е заложено работа с един ползвател в няколко направления едновременно (трудова заетост, социални услуги, образование и др.). Проектът ще допринесе за постигане на трайна интеграция за най-маргинализираните общности и повишаване качеството им на живот, като за постигане на целта е приложен интегриран подход.Изключително важно за лицата - безработните и хората в неравностойно социално положение и учащи от целевата група е да осмислят и приемат необходимостта от промяна на живота си: да се обучават, за да си осигурят работно място и да могат да организират своя собствен живот самостоятелно, както и да помогнат на своите деца и близки да се интегрират взаимно в Общността. Стъпка в правилната посока, която е предмет на настоящия проект е интегрирането им в Общността. Това несъмнено е главен стимул за развитие на инициативност, за по-високо самочувствие и реален шанс за включване в житейския процес и реализацията им в обществото. (Bulgarian)

The project “Realisation through integration in the Municipality of Valchi Dol” will allow in a complementary way to exploit the opportunities of the two operational programmes — Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020 and Operational Programme “Science and Education for Smart Growth” 2014-2020. Mobilising a resource from different sources in fulfilment of important priorities for the municipality is a tool for seeking a solution to the problems in the municipality for solving economic and social problems. The implementation of the project offers a thorough and consistent approach. In view of the integrated nature of the activities included in a project proposal, they are subject to a comprehensive vision of creating a lasting model of cooperation at local level, involving all institutions, partners and associated partners working in this field at local level. The project offers activities with existing services and structures in order to ensure the sustainability of the measures.The integrated measures are reduced to the user level (representative of the target groups) and there is work with one user in several directions at the same time (employment, social services, education, etc.). The project will contribute to achieving lasting integration for the most marginalised communities and improving their quality of life, with an integrated approach to achieving this goal.It is extremely important for the unemployed and the socially disadvantaged and the target learners to understand and accept the need to change their lives: to train to secure a job and to be able to organise their own life independently, as well as to help their children and relatives integrate each other into the Community. A step in the right direction which is the subject of this project is their integration into the Community. This is undoubtedly a major incentive for the development of initiative, for higher self-esteem and a real chance of being involved in the life process and their realisation in society. (English)

Le projet «Réalisation par l’intégration dans la municipalité de Valchi Dol» permettra d’exploiter de manière complémentaire les possibilités offertes par les deux programmes opérationnels — le programme opérationnel «Développement des ressources humaines» 2014-2020 et le programme opérationnel «Science et éducation pour une croissance intelligente» 2014-2020. La mise en œuvre du projet offre une approche approfondie et cohérente. Compte tenu du caractère intégré des activités incluses dans une proposition de projet, elles sont soumises à une vision globale de la création d’un modèle de coopération durable au niveau local, associant toutes les institutions, partenaires et partenaires associés travaillant dans ce domaine au niveau local. Le projet propose des activités avec des services et des structures existants afin d’assurer la durabilité des mesures.Les mesures intégrées sont réduites au niveau des utilisateurs (représentant les groupes cibles) et travaillent avec un utilisateur dans plusieurs directions en même temps (emploi, services sociaux, éducation, etc.). Le projet contribuera à l’intégration durable des communautés les plus marginalisées et à l’amélioration de leur qualité de vie, avec une approche intégrée pour atteindre cet objectif.Il est extrêmement important pour les chômeurs, les personnes socialement défavorisées et les apprenants cibles de comprendre et d’accepter la nécessité de changer leur vie: former à la recherche d’un emploi et être en mesure d’organiser leur propre vie de manière autonome, ainsi que d’aider leurs enfants et leurs proches à s’intégrer mutuellement dans la Communauté. Un pas dans la bonne direction qui fait l’objet de ce projet est leur intégration dans la Communauté. Il s’agit sans aucun doute d’une motivation majeure pour le développement de l’initiative, pour une plus grande estime de soi et une réelle chance de s’impliquer dans le processus de vie et leur réalisation dans la société. Das Projekt „Realisierung durch Integration in die Gemeinde Valchi Dol“ wird die Möglichkeiten der beiden operationellen Programme – operationelles Programm „Entwicklung der Humanressourcen“ 2014-2020 und operationelles Programm „Wissenschaft und Bildung für intelligentes Wachstum“ 2014-2020 nutzen. Die Mobilisierung einer Ressource aus verschiedenen Quellen zur Erfüllung wichtiger Prioritäten für die Gemeinde ist ein Instrument zur Lösung der Probleme in der Gemeinde zur Lösung wirtschaftlicher und sozialer Probleme. Die Umsetzung des Projekts bietet einen gründlichen und kohärenten Ansatz. Angesichts des integrierten Charakters der in einem Projektvorschlag enthaltenen Maßnahmen unterliegen sie einer umfassenden Vision, ein dauerhaftes Modell der Zusammenarbeit auf lokaler Ebene zu schaffen, an dem alle Institutionen, Partner und assoziierten Partner beteiligt sind, die auf lokaler Ebene in diesem Bereich tätig sind. Das Projekt bietet Aktivitäten mit bestehenden Dienstleistungen und Strukturen an, um die Nachhaltigkeit der Maßnahmen zu gewährleisten.Die integrierten Maßnahmen werden auf die Nutzerebene (Vertreter der Zielgruppen) reduziert und gleichzeitig mit einem Nutzer in mehrere Richtungen (Beschäftigung, Sozialleistungen, Bildung usw.) gearbeitet. Das Projekt wird dazu beitragen, eine dauerhafte Integration für die am stärksten marginalisierten Gemeinschaften zu erreichen und ihre Lebensqualität zu verbessern, wobei ein integrierter Ansatz zur Erreichung dieses Ziels verfolgt wird.Es ist äußerst wichtig für Arbeitslose und sozial benachteiligte Menschen und die Ziellernenden, die Notwendigkeit zu verstehen und zu akzeptieren, dass ihr Leben verändert werden muss: Ausbildung, um einen Arbeitsplatz zu sichern und in der Lage zu sein, ihr eigenes Leben unabhängig zu gestalten und ihren Kindern und Verwandten bei der Integration in die Gemeinschaft zu helfen. Ein Schritt in die richtige Richtung, der Gegenstand dieses Projekts ist, ist ihre Integration in die Gemeinschaft. Dies ist zweifellos ein wichtiger Anreiz für die Entwicklung der Initiative, für ein höheres Selbstwertgefühl und eine echte Chance, in den Lebensprozess und ihre Verwirklichung in die Gesellschaft einbezogen zu werden.
