L'opération consiste en la mise en oeuvre du programme d'accompagnement à la création d'entreprises de la couveuse d'entreprises SOLEN ANGELS, espace test permettant l'essai d'un projet grandeur nature, sans risque. L'activité exercé par la couveuse permettant de toucher toujours plus de bénéficiaires, le but du projet est de pérenniser l'activité de la couveuse, de lui permettre de maintenir son niveau d'accueil ainsi que les services proposés. Ces services comprennent : - l'accompagnement des porteurs de projet ; - leur formation; - des actions de coaching; - ou encore des initiatives de mise en réseau des bénéficiaires... Le public visé par la couveuse est un public sensible composé de demandeurs d'emploi longue durée, allocataires du RSA... De plus, une attention particulière est portée au principe de l'égalité Femmes/Hommes. Les résultats attendus sur l'année 2018 sont 35 porteurs de projet de création-reprise d'entreprises accompagnés. (French)

The audience targeted by the incubator is a sensitive public made up of long-term jobseekers, recipients of the RSA... In addition, special attention is paid to the principle of equality between women and men. The expected results for the year 2018 are 35 promoters of the creation and take-over project of accompanied enterprises. (English)

Das Vorhaben besteht in der Durchführung des Begleitprogramms für die Unternehmensgründung der SOLEN ANGELS, einem Testraum, der die Erprobung eines lebensgroßen Projekts ohne Risiko ermöglicht. Da die Tätigkeit der Brutmaschine immer mehr Begünstigte erreicht, besteht das Ziel des Projekts darin, die Tätigkeit der Brutrin aufrecht zu erhalten und ihr die Aufrechterhaltung ihres Aufnahmeniveaus und der angebotenen Dienstleistungen zu ermöglichen. Zu diesen Dienstleistungen gehören: — die Begleitung der Projektträger; — ihre Ausbildung; — Coaching-Aktionen; — oder Initiativen zur Vernetzung der Begünstigten... Das Publikum, auf das sich die Brutfrau bezieht, ist ein sensibles Publikum, das aus Langzeitarbeitslosen besteht, die von der RSA... Darüber hinaus wird dem Grundsatz der Gleichstellung von Frauen und Männern besondere Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet. Die erwarteten Ergebnisse für das Jahr 2018 sind 35 Träger von Projekten zur Gründung und Übernahme begleiteter Unternehmen. (German)
