Общата цел на проекта е: Повишаване конкурентоспособността и засилване на експортния потенциал на „Велга” ООД чрез подобряване на производствения капацитет.Специфичните цели на проекта са:1. Подобряване на производствените процеси: увеличаване на производствения капацитет и автоматизиране на производствения процес и като следствие разширяване на пазарното присъствие на вътрешния и външен пазар.2. Намаляване на производствените разходи чрез намаляване на количеството на генерирания от производството отпадък, намаляване на ел. енергията за производствено потребление и респективно увеличаване на добавената стойност на продукцията.Планираната дейност, чрез която ще се постигнат посочените цели е „Дейност за подобряване на производствения капацитет“ насочена към: -Подобряване на производствените процеси; -Намаляване на производствените разходи.В резултат на изпълнението на посочената дейност „Велга” ООД ще постигне следните основни резултати:1. Подобрени производствени процеси - 2бр. (моделиране на заготовки и рязане на заготовки).2. Увеличен общ производствен капацитет: 90,00%.3. Намаляване на количеството генерирани отпадъци при производството на единица продукция на годишна база в кг./год към края на първата година след изпълнението на проекта: 66%4. Намаление на разходите за суровини, м-ли и външни услуги на единица произведен продукт: 1,75 лв./бр. 5. Проект изпълнен в област на (ИСИС): Индустрия за здравословен живот и био-технологии - 1бр.6. Нарастване на производителността: 82,62%.7. Изменение на средните генерирани приходи от износ: 19,87%8. Нарастване на нетните приходи от продажби: 67,12%9. Вътрешна норма на възвръщаемост: 15,18%10. Положителен екологичен ефект върху природните ресурси и околната среда.Чрез реализацията на проекта „Велга” ООД ще подобри конкурентоспособността си и ще си осигури устойчиво стабилно пазарно присъствие при най-адекватното съотношение между разходи и ползи. The overall objective of the project is to: Increasing the competitiveness and strengthening of the export potential of Velga Ltd. by improving the production capacity. The specific objectives of the project are:1. Improving production processes: increasing production capacity and automation of the production process and as a consequence of expanding the market presence on the domestic and external markets.2. Reduction of production costs by reducing the amount of waste generated by production, reducing electricity for production consumption and increasing the added value of production. The planned activity, through which the stated objectives will be achieved, is “Action to improve the production capacity” aimed at: —Improvement of production processes; Reduction of production costs. As a result of the implementation of the above activity, Velga Ltd. will achieve the following main results:1. Improved manufacturing processes — 2pcs. (modeling of blanks and cutting of blanks).2. Increased total production capacity: 90.00 %.3. Reduction of the amount of waste generated in the production per unit of production on an annual basis in kg/year at the end of the first year following the implementation of the project: 66 %4. Reduction of costs of raw materials, m-ls and external services per unit of production: BGN 1.75/pcs 5. Project implemented in area of (ISIS): Industry for healthy life and bio-technology — 1pcs.6. Productivity growth: 82.62 %.7. Change in average generated export revenue: 19.87 %8. Increase in net sales revenue: 67,12 %9. Internal rate of return: 15.18 %10. Positive environmental impact on natural resources and the environment. L’objectif général du projet est de: Accroître la compétitivité et renforcer le potentiel d’exportation de Velga Ltd. en améliorant la capacité de production. Les objectifs spécifiques du projet sont:1. Projet mis en œuvre dans le domaine de (ISIS): Industrie pour une vie saine et la biotechnologie — 1pcs.6. Croissance de la productivité: 82,62 %.7. Variation des recettes d’exportation moyennes générées: 19,87 %8. Augmentation du chiffre d’affaires net: 67,12 %9. Taux de rendement interne: 15,18 %10. Impact environnemental positif sur les ressources naturelles et l’environnement. Das übergeordnete Ziel des Projekts besteht darin, Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und Stärkung des Exportpotenzials von Velga Ltd. durch Verbesserung der Produktionskapazität. Die spezifischen Ziele des Projekts sind:1. Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse: Steigerung der Produktionskapazität und Automatisierung des Produktionsprozesses und als Folge der Ausweitung der Marktpräsenz auf dem heimischen und externen Markt.2. Verringerung der Produktionskosten durch Verringerung der durch die Produktion erzeugten Abfälle, Verringerung des Stroms für den Produktionsverbrauch und Steigerung des Mehrwerts der Produktion. Die geplante Maßnahme, mit der die genannten Ziele erreicht werden, ist „Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Produktionskapazität“ mit folgenden Zielen: —Verbesserung der Produktionsprozesse; Senkung der Produktionskosten. Als Ergebnis der Durchführung der oben genannten Tätigkeit wird Velga Ltd. die folgenden Hauptergebnisse erzielen:1. Verbesserte Herstellungsverfahren – 2pcs. (Modellierung von Rohlingen und Schneiden von Rohlingen).2. Erhöhung der Gesamtproduktionskapazität: 90,00 %.3. Verringerung der Abfallmenge, die in der Produktion pro Produktionseinheit am Ende des ersten Jahres nach Projektdurchführung jährlich in kg/Jahr anfällt: 66 %4. Senkung der Kosten für Rohstoffe, m-ls und externe Dienstleistungen pro Produktionseinheit: BGN 1.75/pcs 5. Projekt im Bereich (ISIS): Industrie für gesundes Leben und Biotechnologie – 1pcs.6. Produktivitätswachstum: 82,62 %.7. Veränderung der durchschnittlichen generierten Ausfuhreinnahmen: 19,87 %8. Steigerung des Nettoumsatzes: 67,12 %9. Interne Rendite: 15,18 %10. Positive Umweltauswirkungen auf die natürlichen Ressourcen und die Umwelt. Durch die Umsetzung des Projekts „Velga“ Ltd. wird seine Wettbewerbsfähigkeit verbessert und eine nachhaltige stabile Marktpräsenz mit dem am besten geeigneten Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis gewährleistet.
