Las intervenciones que contempla la operación sobre los inmuebles residenciales de la barriada de Las Flores, pretenden fundamentalmente restaurar las condiciones de habitabilidad de los espacios comunes, tanto de los edificios como de los espacios exteriores (con el reconocimiento de las zonas y elementos comunes como una extensión de las viviendas, promoviéndose así pautas de uso respetuosas, solidarias y favorecedoras de la convivencia). La intervención en los edificios afecta fundamentalmente a las instalaciones comunes: acometidas eléctricas y cuartos de contadores, comunicaciones, saneamiento, iluminación, insonorización del centro de transformación,…..; se eliminarán barreras arquitectónicas de acceso a los portales, se repararán con diferentes sistemas de impermeabilización y aislamiento las fachadas y cubiertas, se renovarán las carpinterías de fachada, y las de acceso a portales y espacios de servicio. Igualmente se repararán fisuras, revestimientos de zonas comunes,….. La presente operación sobre la promoción GR-0909 incluye igualmente una intervención de reurbanización, que dote de espacios públicos adecuados, mejore la accesibilidad, y mejore las infraestructuras básicas de los espacios libres entre edificios. Así se realizará la limpieza; ejecución de muros de contención en espacios aterrazados; reparación de pavimentos, barandillas, escaleras exteriores,….., y de las canalizaciones y desagües de lluvia; eliminación de barreras arquitectónicas en accesos a edificios; mejora de la vegetación;….. The interventions contemplated by the operation on residential buildings in the neighborhood of Las Flores are intended primarily to restore the living conditions of the common spaces, both of the buildings and of the outdoor spaces (with the recognition of the areas and common elements as an extension of the dwellings, thus promoting respectful, supportive and supportive use patterns of coexistence). Intervention in buildings mainly concerns common installations: electrical connections and meter rooms, communications, sanitation, lighting, soundproofing of the processing centre,.....; architectural barriers to access to the portals will be removed, different waterproofing and insulation systems will be repaired the facades and roofs, the facade carpentry and access to portals and service spaces will be renovated. Cracks, linings of common areas will also be repaired,..... The present operation on the promotion GR-0909 also includes a redevelopment intervention, providing adequate public spaces, improving accessibility, and improving the basic infrastructures of free spaces between buildings. This will be done by cleaning; construction of containment walls in terrified spaces; repair of pavements, railings, external staircases,....., and rain pipes and drains; removal of architectural barriers in access to buildings; improvement of vegetation;.....
