Obiectivul general al proiectul consta in integrarea socio-profesionala a copiilor si tinerilor instituționalizați dar si a tinerilor care au părăsit sistemul de protecție in ultimi patru ani prin masuri de sprijin financiare, ocupaționale si servicii comunitare integrate. Prin obiectivul si activitățile sale, proiectul, va contribui la realizarea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului Promovarea incluziunii sociale, combaterea sărăciei si a oricărei forme de discriminare, Prioritatea de investiții 9iv din Programul Operațional Capital Uman 2014-2020, respectiv se vor reduce numărul de copii și tineri plasați în instituții prin furnizarea de servicii la nivelul comunității si vor crește numărului tinerilor care părăsesc sistemul instituționalizat (cu vârsta de până la 18 ani) pregătiți pentru a avea o viață independentă. Astfel ca, furnizarea de servicii integrate de sprijin în vederea asigurării tranziției de la servicii de îngrijire instituționalizate (servicii de tip rezidențial) către servicii la nivelul comunității vor fi realizate prin activitățile 3, 4 si 5 urmărindu-se creșterea accesului la servicii accesibile, sustenabile si de înalta calitate inclusiv asistenta medicala si servicii sociale si de interes general, inclusiv pentru tinerii care părăsesc sau urmează sa părăsească sistemul de protecție specială. Prin activitățile proiectului in special prin masurile de sprijin financiare si de ocupare, proiectul va produce un efect pozitiv pe termen lung si anume acela de a contribui la integrarea socio-profesionala a tinerilor care sunt in afara sistemului de protecție speciala. Totodată, prin proiect fata de situația prezenta, se desprind următoarele beneficii: -creșterea şi optimizarea condițiilor de viață pentru locuitorii apartamentelor; -formarea de abilități personale care vor fi folosite în depășirea unor crize ulterioare; -identificarea nevoilor sociale si stabilirea priorităților de intervenție prin serviciile promovate prin proiect; -antrenarea beneficiarilor in diverse activități sociale pentru prevenirea marginalizării sociale a acestora; -asistarea, protejarea si îndrumarea tinerilor care nu au posibilitatea sa-si asigure nevoile sociale, sa-si dezvolte si îmbunătățească propriile capacități si competente sociale. The general objective of the project is the socio-professional integration of children and young people institutionalised as well as young people who have left the protection system in the last four years through financial, occupational support measures and integrated community services. Through its objective and activities, the project will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any form of discrimination, Investment Priority 9iv from the Human Capital Operational Programme 2014-2020, respectively, will reduce the number of children and young people placed in institutions by providing community-based services and will increase the number of young people leaving the institutionalised system (up to 18 years old) prepared for an independent life. Thus, the provision of integrated support services to ensure the transition from institutional care services (residential services) to community-based services will be achieved through activities 3, 4 and 5 with the aim of increasing access to accessible, sustainable and high-quality services including healthcare and social and general interest services, including for young people leaving or about to leave the special protection system. Through the project activities, in particular through financial support and employment measures, the project will produce a positive long-term effect, namely to contribute to the socio-professional integration of young people who are outside the special protection system. At the same time, through the project compared to the present situation, the following benefits are derived: —increasing and optimising living conditions for residents of apartments; —the formation of personal skills that will be used in overcoming future crises; —identification of social needs and prioritisation of intervention through the services promoted through the project; — training beneficiaries in various social activities to prevent their social marginalisation; — assisting, protecting and guiding young people who do not have the opportunity to ensure their social needs, to develop and improve their own social capacities and competences. L’objectif général du projet est l’intégration socioprofessionnelle des enfants et des jeunes placés en institution, ainsi que des jeunes qui ont quitté le système de protection au cours des quatre dernières années grâce à des mesures d’aide financière, professionnelle et de services communautaires intégrés. Par son objectif et ses activités, le projet contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique du programme et de l’appel «Promotion de l’inclusion sociale, lutte contre la pauvreté et toute forme de discrimination», la priorité d’investissement 9iv du programme opérationnel «Capital humain 2014-2020», respectivement, permettra de réduire le nombre d’enfants et de jeunes placés en institution en fournissant des services communautaires et augmentera le nombre de jeunes qui quittent le système institutionnalisé (jusqu’à 18 ans) prêts à une vie indépendante. Ainsi, la fourniture de services de soutien intégrés pour assurer le passage des services de soins en institution (services résidentiels) aux services de proximité sera assurée par les activités 3, 4 et 5, dans le but d’améliorer l’accès à des services accessibles, durables et de qualité, y compris des soins de santé et des services d’intérêt social et général, y compris pour les jeunes sortant ou sur le point de quitter le système de protection spéciale. À travers les activités du projet, notamment par le biais d’un soutien financier et de mesures en faveur de l’emploi, le projet produira un effet positif à long terme, à savoir contribuer à l’intégration socioprofessionnelle des jeunes en dehors du système de protection spéciale. Dans le même temps, par rapport à la situation actuelle, le projet tire les avantages suivants: —accroître et optimiser les conditions de vie des résidents des appartements; —la formation de compétences personnelles qui seront utilisées pour surmonter les crises futures; —identification des besoins sociaux et hiérarchisation de l’intervention par le biais des services promus dans le cadre du projet; — former les bénéficiaires à diverses activités sociales afin de prévenir leur marginalisation sociale; — aider, protéger et guider les jeunes qui n’ont pas la possibilité d’assurer leurs besoins sociaux, de développer et d’améliorer leurs propres capacités et compétences sociales. Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts ist die sozialprofessionelle Integration von Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie von Jugendlichen, die das Schutzsystem in den letzten vier Jahren durch finanzielle, berufliche Unterstützungsmaßnahmen und integrierte Gemeinschaftsdienste verlassen haben. Durch sein Ziel und seine Aktivitäten wird das Projekt zur Verwirklichung des spezifischen Ziels des Programms beitragen und die Förderung der sozialen Inklusion, die Bekämpfung der Armut und jede Form von Diskriminierung fördern, wobei die Investitionspriorität 9iv aus dem operationellen Programm für Humankapital 2014-2020 die Zahl der Kinder und Jugendlichen, die in Einrichtungen untergebracht sind, durch die Bereitstellung von gemeindenahen Dienstleistungen verringern und die Zahl der jungen Menschen erhöhen wird, die das institutionalisierte System (bis 18 Jahre alt) verlassen, das auf ein unabhängiges Leben vorbereitet ist. So wird die Bereitstellung integrierter Unterstützungsdienste zur Gewährleistung des Übergangs von institutionellen Pflegediensten (Wohndienstleistungen) zu gemeindenahen Dienstleistungen durch die Tätigkeiten 3, 4 und 5 mit dem Ziel erreicht, den Zugang zu barrierefreien, nachhaltigen und hochwertigen Dienstleistungen, einschließlich Gesundheitsdienstleistungen und Dienstleistungen von sozialem und allgemeinem Interesse, zu verbessern, auch für junge Menschen, die das besondere Schutzsystem verlassen oder bald verlassen werden. Durch die Projektaktivitäten, insbesondere durch finanzielle Unterstützung und Beschäftigungsmaßnahmen, wird das Projekt langfristig positiv wirken, nämlich zur sozioökonomischen Integration junger Menschen außerhalb des besonderen Schutzsystems beizutragen. Gleichzeitig ergeben sich durch das Projekt im Vergleich zur gegenwärtigen Situation folgende Vorteile: Verbesserung und Optimierung der Lebensbedingungen für die Bewohner von Wohnungen; die Ausbildung persönlicher Fähigkeiten, die zur Überwindung künftiger Krisen genutzt werden; Ermittlung der sozialen Bedürfnisse und Priorisierung der Intervention durch die im Rahmen des Projekts geförderten Dienste; — Ausbildung der Begünstigten in verschiedenen sozialen Aktivitäten, um ihre soziale Ausgrenzung zu verhindern; — Unterstützung, Schutz und Anleitung junger Menschen, die nicht die Möglichkeit haben, ihre sozialen Bedürfnisse zu gewährleisten, ihre eigenen sozialen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen zu entwickeln und zu verbessern.
